I have an Apple watch and before that I had a gear. But Im guessing this is more mechanical watches. Even then though I would not mind putting in a couple hundred I think.

My current watch cost me $20. I've bought watches in the neighborhood of $50, but those had a pedometer feature. I've considered buying a watch that does more (like heart rate), but those cost a lot and have "smart" functions that I don't want to use.

Watches are jewelry. A nice watch is a great way to complement your outfit.

$300 should be enough to get any look you should want. Personally the most I've ever paid for a watch was $80 but I had some hookups.

Maybe like $100+ but it has to last a lifetime (or two) and looks nice and classy enough for when I might need a watch.

My wife bought me a $200 watch, that's about how much I'd like to go. My brother-in-law gave me $600 watch that I wore for awhile until I got my sleeve started. I don't wear watches now due to my tattoo, phone only.

Watches aren't necessary, sure, but when you're dressing up for an event then a nice watch usually looks really good with a button-up.

I also own an Apple Watch, but it was a gift.

I work for a construction company. I have 2 watches. One for the days I'm doing something like framing a roof. Having your phone in your pocket is foolish as it could fall and smash or get wet. Construction is a rough business everyone leaves their phones in their vehicles (parked on site).

Some days I represent the company and go to bank meetings with higher ups who loan the company millions of dollars for projects. I'm not going to flip my phone out during the meeting the check the damn time and most board rooms don't have clocks on the wall. Plus if Imy wearing a suit anyways a nice watch adds some class

Construction watch which is basically bulletproof and water resistant cost me a few hundred.

My classy not classy watch was around 250.

If I win the lottery a Rolex would be my first purchase tbqh
