I like how they took Edgeworth telling Will Powers in 1-3 that he's a big Steel Samurai fan to be a fact going forward even though Phoenix thinks he's lying.
Franziska does the same thing when she says she knew about Acro and Bat's acrobatic duo even in Germany (which Phoenix also believes to be a total lie), so I kinda wish they had run with that one, too, and made her some kind of closet circus fangirl. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

honestly for as much of a mess as 2-3's second trial day can be when it comes to the murder itself I still love it and it's why I can't think of this as a bad case also it's kind of weirdly structured because there's only one testimony after the recess and you don't even have to cross-examine if you don't want to but yeah Acro is great --- ... I'm quite surprised Acro has so few lines; he's such a dominant personality on that last trial day that he really sticks with you. But I guess it makes sense, since he doesn't appear that much before that. Moe having plenty of lines was expected, though.
JFA looks like it'll end up close to PW1 in total lines... for the version we got anyway. It would have been way longer than PW1 in the original GBA game without 1-5. --- The RPG Duelling League: www.rpgdl.com An unparalleled source for RPG information and discussion ... Copied to Clipboard!

Speaking of Matt Engarde, I do like how the game drops lots of hints at you very early on that he might actually be guilty, including Pearl asking Phoenix point blank what he'd do if his client were the killer. Then they give you that false reassurance with Phoenix asking Engarde if he killed Juan and no Psyche-Locks appeared. Even as the evidence mounted against him as the case went along, I was like Phoenix and just wanted to keep believing that he was innocent. That's what makes the hair flip such an effective gut punch, at least in my book.
