I don't care enough about DA just because if everyone is in on the joke it defeats the whole purpose of a joke character but yeah if this drama keeps going all contest long she's probably gonna be a big favorite

This is basically how it goes down each year. Complaining about the inclusion of characters just makes people who moderately but like them don't really care more likely to support them.

More traditional turn based RPG Gacha game as compared to FFRK which uses ATB

Whereas in FFRK you pull for Relics/equipment, here you pull for characters.

Kanye West as a gay fish (assuming it's not just a costume-- otherwise this is kinda dumb) originated in South Park and would be an eligible South Park character. Just like South Park's Jesus would be considered a South Park character too-- show clearly takes some liberties to the point where the character is pretty much an original thing at times.

Captain Falcon might be able to use the Falcon Punch in F-Zero we don't actually know if he can't since it's not a fighting game.

Like I get the debate and stuff, like I'm not exactly for Ariana or BD characters myself and I think it's fair to voice that opinion. But I mean it is ultimately Leon's decision, since he hosts it. You don't have to support the characters you don't agree with and frankly I like having characters to try and get out early on, it adds some suspense and is part of what has made SMFFFC so fun for me the past two years

It's a fictionalized version in the FF universe that isn't actually Yosuke Matsuda so I assume so

His case is more nebulous than Dangerous Ariana's since he's literally called the Square-Enix CEO in the DLC so you can't even make the argument that it's merely a character based on or inspired by a real person (and no, Lopen's whole "he can't do all that stuff in real life so you can't say that's him" argument doesn't hold much water for me in this case because they changed nothing about his appearance and didn't give him a token background story or anything). It's a self-insertion akin to what bad fanfiction writers do.

I'd lean toward not allowing him because I don't consider the argument for inclusion to be the same as Dangerous Ariana's.
