Saw the poll of the day on the front page of this site. I have one but i'm not getting any more. Imo it gets old real fast, it's kinda simple too. There isn't that much stuff you can do with a fidget spinner. You agree?

No, but I bought a fidget cube after seeing Digi's topic about him buying one. It's served its purpose well. I have a bad habit of picking at the skin around my fingernails when my hands are idle (mostly when watching TV or something), and having the cube to hold has made a big difference and my fingers are back to looking normal again. Mostly.

The joystick part of it broke, but it's magnetic or something so it still holds in place, I just have to be careful not to pull on it.

I love fidgeting with things but I never enjoyed fidget cubes or spinners. They really are too simple and rigid. You can do 1 thing with them at a time. I love fidgeting with stretchy things like rubber bands or metal springs though.

I got one when it was on sale for $3 to see what they were about.
It came with an extra piece so you can spin another one at the same time.

If I get back to that store (Boscovs) and they are still on sale for $3 I may pick up a second just for fun.

No, because people took a tool designed to help people who have trouble focusing or need to fidget or stim (the group includes people with ADHD and people on the autistic spectrum, for the record) and made a huge meme of it and ran it into the ground and now the people who need to use it are embarrassed being seen with it.

At least fidget cubes didn't become the huge meme that spinners became.

First one was becasue they were so cheap, second one would be just to make use of that attachment.

I would have never bought one though if it was more then 3 bucks.

Dunno about that, I've heard some success stories from people who used them for their intended purposes.

However, if you don't have the proper disorders, then the fidget spinners actually do result in a drop in focus.

Never tried a spinner. Apparently you have to manually start them spinning with your hand? I think it would be way cooler if you squeezed the inside and it spun by itself

I don't see the appeal of spinners or cubes or whatever. I don't want to fidget with anything except my dick.
