I would strongly recommend anyone new to the game to check out the 5e player's handbook so that when it comes to gametime, some of the more basic questions might be averted. https://5thsrd.org/ That looks like an ok resource, although the order stuff is in isn't very newbie friendly (although pretty amazing as a reference). The most important things there are going to be class information for whatever class you end up being, and combat rules for when Han tries to kill you.
