PSP still has Gungnir and Growlanser IV from Atlus coming out this summer, Black Rock Shooter was announced by NIS America some time ago, Type-0 is still a mystery, and now Xseed's got some stuff there.
Makes me hope XSeed will still publish Trails in the Sky SC on the PSP, or someone can pick up Dangan Ronpa (realistically, I only think Aksys would even bother).

Sony planning on revamping the PSN Store and PS+, according to Eurogamer. Some changes mentioned are an online website to buy games from, similar the Xbox, and giving away 'top tier' PS3 games with PS+.
eShop's got lots of great games, they really splurged around end of 2011 and beginning of 2012
I just still hate how the thing is "organized". the revamp just... added another row... it still doesn't have standard categories that show everything under a certain type and with sub-categories of a-d, e-h, etc which is all I want!
There's plenty of content on the eShop if you include DSiWare. The new releases have certainly dried up since February, but what's there is alright for a system just entering its second year. If Nintendo were better at online, they'd fill this lull with interesting Virtual Console games. It's a shame they're so behind on how to cultivate a digital store.

I've looked through the eShop games, including DSiWare games which seem to be more common than 3DS games. There just isn't much there that looks worth the price. It reminds of the type of quality of early XBLA and PSN games. I think the 3DS should be getting all kinds of downloadable games at this point, but the games just aren't there. VC games would be nice, but even there it's lacking.
So I'm probably going to upgrade my internet connection (finally).
What kind of speeds to you guys all get and how well do they work?
I'm trying to decide between 15/5, 25/25 and 35/35 (for the record I currently have 1/.786 LOL!). There's only a $10 difference between the 15/5 and the 35/35, but I could use that $10 for a Netflix subscription instead if the 15/5 is going to be good enough.

this is why playing fighting games with you is so bad!
you don't need anything outrageous but more is always good and it's only $10. Netflix doesn't really need a ton of bandwidth to work well but you may get a higher quality.
depends how much you use it. most of my internetting is done on my phone these days so I don't need anything super fast.
I wonder what this is exactly. cloud gaming on dedicated hardware doesn't really make a ton of sense. I think I'm more curious about this than any of Sony's games. it might not even involve the Playstation for all I know.
Fighting games were bad, but I was only paying $20/month for that terrible connection!
But yeah I did a little poking around and decided for the extra $10 it was worth going with the best. I'll help with streaming crap, and downloading Steam games and the like. Maybe I'll even be able to play Diablo!
Installation date isn't until next Wednesday though, so I'm gonna miss out on stable connection for E3 stuff.

I remember that. GBA was a thing once, too. Now the PS3 outsells the Wii every month! Nintendo really dropped the ball on that one; it should have sold more than the PS2.
