I don't want to see a character I actually liked turned into this. Same thing happened with Marche. And look at his contest history following that. I'd rather Edward just do well enough, and he has already. I'd rather him just go out now instead of being turned in Marche 2.0 or something.

Personally I've never understood why BD is the exception to only FF games. Why not Octopath Traveler since it's a Square RPG? I Am Setsuna? I know BD started as a sequel to an FF game, but it isn't actually one.

It's included as part of the Final Fantasy Series on the FF Wiki, so that was good enough for FFD.

Trusting a fan-content website is always the mark of quality. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Vagrant Story currently barred from re-entry on this? Hint: It's still on the FF wiki in the same place Bravely is.

Yeah, one of the first times burke was annoying this year he literally camped on his useless bit of knowledge until he could save again and even taunted about it leading up to that save.

But I've given up any sort of like actual stuff happening with the community rule or whatever, so I just yell for BD bans since that's like the most extreme and unrealistic of outcomes that I can fathom since reasonable discourse won't do any good.

Honestly the rule is really just there for the Cids; no one calls Cloud of Darkness "Cloud", it's honestly on the same lines as this type of nonsense. The rule also flatly begins with the word "ambiguous", which basically means unknown or cannot be determined.

You could determine who that save was for even if Red Mage wasn't safe because he literally quoted a person asking for a trade for the character in question. It was never ambiguous.

Of course! Usually I reserve a real-world inspired update just for Halloween, since it's by far the easiest thing to accommodate every year this way. But there are times where I do additions for little real-life influenced events here and there, glad it was noticed. This is really all I stay on this board to do anymore.

Coming into this update, I didn't have a real theme idea in mind. I ended up going with a Marvel edition update since I feel like DC's presence in the gauntlet vastly outweighs it for some strange reason. I based these particular additions off of what I consider one of the most important comic-video game franchises out there; Marvel vs. Capcom. The characters I added are the missing playable characters (in just about completion) from that series.
