Going back to when everyone started playing, Edgar was such a force when I first started in here and I never really understood why back then. Now a part of me kind of misses it since he's one of the better cast members from VI, and the 2D era in general.

raytan didn't do nominations, but he did take suggestions at some point before opening up nominations proper. Seymour was added in due to my pleading for him, and I think after like two contests raytan obliged me with it. I want to say I started playing during whatever contest was running in 2003; I'm not sure exactly which that would have been since we probably never kept a record of what date this contest actually began (spoilers: it wasn't 21 years ago).

Probably during contest 4 but I could be wrong. I want to say that's right since Seymour debuted in contest 6 and I think raytan didn't put him in immediately when I requested him.

It's good and all (I was the one that actually ordered it).

I'd eat it again, sure. But I'd probably just choose a regular Whopper in general since they tend to be more than a dollar cheaper and taste slightly better. Like most things marketed towards being "better" for you or the environment, they are of course worse on your wallet. Yeah it's just $1.50 or so perhaps, but it's just yet another option for "healthier" food that's probably overpriced. My big hangup with most food products like this is that they tend to do the song and dance about trying to make you feel better about spending more so you can help the environment or yourself. I'm just not really feeling that much.

But yeah it's pretty tasty. The patty itself is a little bit thinner than the typical one, at least mine was. The texture isn't so much off that I noticed it, but I wasn't blown away by the taste either. It was a slightly thinner whopper I paid a little more for.

Come to think of it, the September update will probably be the one that pushes this to 20,000 characters so yeah I'm not certain I want to do the 98 update this month or not. I might have it ready, but I will probably hold off on it to let the September update take us into an even 20k; I can't guarantee it'll be even at 20k if I do the 98 update first.

There's a way to do that sort of humor though, and I still think that's fine. It's an important thing to laugh at and I do agree our culture has become a bit too sensitive about it.

The video was just not funny though, and I am not even certain it was supposed to be a comedic podcast. It didn't feel like joking was the problem.

I was a little disappointed by it personally; it was still like good, not like that fiesta garbage or whatever from last year. I just was a little turned off by the breading; it felt pretty much like a typical shrimp they serve just with a special sauce drizzled on it. Since it has an Asian flare they really should have considered a tempura style batter instead.

I will say that during his one appearance, Seymour definitely got pic-sabotaged so I wouldn't use that to judge much of anything. I haven't participated in this and disagree with a lot of it so far, but I just wanted to add in that thought.
