I will say, though, that as much as I thought no world building would bother me, there were a few things that did. Like how the Western Front has the exact same kind of gear and training as official military. So this led to the question "were these service members who revolted against the POTUS and absconded with this equipment, or was it spoils of war from militia members who defeated U.S. soldier to acquire them?" Talking about things like helicopters, humvees, fucking tanks, mortars and RPG. And if it's the latter then how did so many people get the training to operate those vehicles? I also wasn't a fan of almost everybody wearing military uniforms which made it hard to figure out who was who at times.

The bread slicer death in Fear Street 1994. I feel like that one came out of nowhere and it was just brutal.

Boomer shooters kinda crashed thanks to Slipgate Ironworks and 3D Realms. They spewed out three mediocre or incomplete shooters in a short timespan late last year and early this year that got mixed to poor reception, simply because they suddenly had a change of ownership so they need to get out their current projects ASAP.

Mass Effect Andromeda is a decent game. There were just too many butthurt fanboys mad at the ending of ME3 to give it a fair shake so latched on to bad animations to justify the hate. These same ones that yelled about the end of ME3 because "my choices didn't matter" are strangely silent about the idea of the next Mass Effect having to make some big decisions become canon.
