I think its largely that mentally stable people dont go into every conversation worried about their flaws. Narcissistic do that too, but theyre usually overcompensating so its obvious in other ways.

Im a horribly flawed inspanidual, but its not going to be something I type in every post or leave as a signature. Maybe youre talking to someone who is concerned or trying to mask their flaws? Oryou know, a troll, you already had one in this topic.
