I'm not saying that it's bad or isn't worth doing. I am saying that this being all they're doing, is creatively empty.

I think Blizzard has turned into a company that resells the same thing. Starcraft Remastered, warcraft 3 reforged, Diablo II: Resurrected, and now Overwatch. With hard ups and downs for if it's worth time/money.

It's horribly sad.

Also, it doesn't say that. But, that doesn't mean that it's a belief among people that the bible does say the earth is flat.

Hell, how many people have you seen talk about "Bibically Accurate Angels" and are referencing The Book of Enoch, which (basically) every christian church has excluded from their canon? That's not from the bible people have read, people just assumed it did and moved on.

What exists vs what people assume exists are very different things when it comes to the bible.

Flat Earth is kind of in a league of its own when it comes to conspiracy theories because most of the adherents can't even provide a motivation for it and the sheer scale of people that would need to be involved is absurd.

It's because I don't think people realize what the actual reason is. All of the garbage science is just a justification for their belief.
The belief is that The Bible is true, and big government is coming to get Christians again, and their beliefs. One of the truths of the bible, is that the earth is flat. So the government is going through all of these methods and rigmarole to persecute christians.
By engaging with it, you're letting them making make arguments and argue Their Truth.

Don't cheat on someone is a fairly standard, and obvious, boundary for most relationships.

I am intrigued by its system, seems pretty straightforward once you have it down, leaves the exact setting up to the GM so you can end up in a wide variety of situations. Plenty of interesting classes (Jobs?//) to choose from.

I always thought it would work for a Knight of the Word inspired game.

The Jobs system is probably the last interesting part of CoC.

You know why women didn't play DnD much? Because they don't enjoy RPing murdering prostitutes and raping merchants that don't give the party a discount, or putting up with their DMs/fellow players insisting on hooking their character up with someone, etc, etc. Just one or two s***ty sessions like that can kill a hobby for a person, especially one that requires multiple people to participate in. It's the same reason women gamers avoid using mics and s*** during online multiplayer games. It has nothing to do with whether or not the games at their core appeal.

Most RPG groups I've been in have been half women, and it's been totally fine and uninteresting about that.

I'm all good, tired from work, but I'm real happy.
I should call up my friend and potentially get an RPG going, I miss in-person games and also cooking for people.

There are three TSRs currently, the actual old TSR that still publishes stuff, the TSR made by gygax's son where it just sorta farts around, and then the garbage TSR.

I don't want either of those on my box I want to keep cool.
