3 White Kids in aged 10, 14 and 15 in New York are charged with a FELONY of making a terroristic threat after posting 2 videos online acting out a SCHOOL SHOOTING that was both GRAPHIC and RACIST at someone's house!!

They are Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk students who shows one student with a fake gun barging into a living room and "shooting" dead 2 other students

Sheriff Craig Apple called it a "very graphic, very racist and horrifying"

Civil rights experts however are raising the FIRST AMENDMENT issue calling it a "police overreach" since the videos didn't make any specific threat against any person or place

Ron Kube said it didn't rise to the level of a terroristic threat and said it was a "wild overreaction" driven by legitimate concerns about school shootings

Normal Siegel, a former executive director of the New York Civil Liberties Union agreed and said it appeared they werea cting and said it raises first amendment concerns

In the video it shows the shooter saying "i've always hated school" before pretending ot fire a gun at a boy sitting on the couch and a girl writhing on the floor before he shoots them again

In the video the girl was heard saying "We're going to be learning about racism" and then the boy the couch says "n-word" and begins yelling racist phrases and then a shooter barges in with rap music and shoots both of them

Another student reported this to school officials and the 3 were arrested and have been suspended already as the sheriff defended the action.

He said "I expected to say this was a police overreach. When we don't take any action and there's a school shooting, what's the response then?. There has been enough shootings going on around the country. This is a despicable artistic expression if that's what it was".

Certainly poor taste but calling it a "terroristic threat" is a reach.

this is a breach of the first amendment
it makes literally every single action movie ever made a felony

saying words that are hateful isn't actually more evil then say stealing, violence, neglect because those are actions yet we only see one group of people being called racist here

the whole racism thing needs to go, when there is a much more suitable term 'hatred'
