Assuming that a nuke is fission based, or fission to fusion, could you in theory stop that fission and or the chain reaction after by either using something to stabilize the atoms, negatively charging the atoms in order for the binding energy to be insufficient to produce proper energy, or some other form of opposite action to equalize the warhead? I admit I know little about nukes​ and am just curious. I also understand that the most practical way to stop one is to just shoot them down. I'm not talking about stupid shit like bullet sponges but just a character with more health and strength. For a character, it'd make sense for some people to be stronger than you. Yet with increasing reaction time, iirc the game just reads button presses, clicks, etc earlier as if it were reading your mind. Knowing what you're doing and how to react in a way before it should be possible, to artificially and unfairly give them more possible time to react by basically cheating. This is much more ridiculous and much less realistic to me. Seems silly to think reading minds is more likely, realistic, and/or better than a character just being stronger overall imo.
