I'm 27 and still haven't bothered. My parents are mildly homophobic (IE they tend to make fun of gay people on TV fairly regularly), and my grandma in particular is tremendously homophobic (to the point where she'll actively say she hates gay people and doesn't want to be near them).

The friends that I've told have been supportive, though.

Virtually no shot he physically returns for it sadly. It would probably cost more than the budget to make the game just to get him to reprise for a few lines.

However, I've seen a rumor that he accidentally mentioned that he recorded the lines for the extra PS3 content a while back. Apparently people thought that it meant that the PS3 version was coming out at the time, but it never happened. But if it's true, it should be good to go in that regard.

If not there's always Matt Mercer, who can do Troy's voice really well, and is cuter.

At the risk of sounding too purist, removing random growths would really hurt the series. Random growths gives a sense of individuality and makes it really replayable. It also gives you more of a reason to use different characters, since set growths would make certain characters totally outclassed if another character has an objectively better stat total.

It sucks when your characters get RNG screwed, but it's rare that they get so screwed that they're totally unusable.

I'm also in favor of permadeath, but I can see why people don't like it, and I'm fine with casual mode existing for people who don't want it.

Honestly, there's really no reason to ever play Awakening. Its plot is bad (Fates's is worse, but both are pretty horrible), its mechanics are pretty broken, and its map design sucks really hard unless you like big empty maps.

Fates is divided into three games, yes. Of those, Birthright is just Awakening 2.0 (AKA not amazing) and Revelation is really only there to finish up Fates's plot. Conquest, though, is very good and is probably the best FE experience that you can get on 3DS.

Echoes would be the clear winner for having a real plot and great presentation, but it has bad map design, with most of its maps being big and empty (though that's an issue that Awakening has too, so...).

Overall, I'd say get Conquest unless you're playing for story, in which case you should get Echoes. I think Awakening is pretty far down there on my list of games in the series.

From what I'm seeing, it's a new game where they focused on getting every single character back and updating several of them, as opposed to losing a lot of characters and focusing on newcomers.

It's an odd approach, but one that works for a series like Smash that has lost a lot of great characters along the way. I really missed Snake in 4.

Ehhh....I mean, there's a lot coming up, but most of that is multiplat.

As a conference on its own, Sony's was really bad. TLoU2 shouldn't take up half of the conference, and taking a long intermission to move people between rooms was horrible. What they showed after that looked cool and all, but the whole thing felt really short, especially compared to Micro's yesterday, which showed several games in a row, even if I wasn't interested in a lot of those.

I think it was honestly one of the worst E3 conferences I've ever seen from the big 3. I own a PS4 and don't have an Xbox One, but like, that was really not very good.

Pros: ToV, Samurai Souls, DMC5, Matt Mercer got to speak.

Cons: Lot of shooting things that really ran together, I think everything I want is also on PS4.

Still, they showed a lot of games and didn't veer into showing off cars and whatever like they do sometimes, so that's a solid conference.

There's literally no point in debating it because the producer or whatever has gone on record by saying that Kanji's sexuality is entirely up to the player's interpretation. "Whatever you think he is" is Kanji's canon sexuality, which is a bit of a cop out, but yeah.

One time, my parents were leaving the door open so our dogs could go in and out while we were all gone during the day. Eventually the wasps found their way in and made a giant nest waaaay up on our very very high ceiling. We got home and there were wasps flying all over the house and they had managed to pretty much set up shop in a matter of hours. When we got it down, there were wasps flying everywhere for a while. It was a horrible experience.

Short answer? Yes. Fuck those assholes.

I didn't hate it. It was never fantastic, but I never really disliked it either. It has some great boss fights later on, and the elemental dungeons are pretty cool (though mostly because of the badass music in them). I really liked Edna and Zaveid, too, though Zaveid gets to shine in Berseria as well, so that's a moot point.

I dropped religion when I came to the realization that I only believed in it because I was raised to, and that if I had been born to a family who followed a different religion, I'd be following that too. I just didn't feel like believing in something just because you've only ever been told that it's the case, with no real thought otherwise, was legitimate belief as much as blind faith. After that, I put more thought into it and realized I wasn't really certain about anything and pretty much became agnostic.

3 = I2 > 6 > 2 = 5 > 1 > LvAA > 4 > I1

I'll be honest, I do think AA1 is overrated. It's one of those games that's really really good when you first beat it, but has a lot of issues on later runs. Case 1 is like 20 minutes, case 2 has a lot of flaws and is a very simple case, 3 and 4 are both solid, and 5 has a lot of plot holes. The game is a big step down in terms of both writing and case structure from the others.

I'll always say that 2 is underrated too. 2-2 and 2-4 are both really strong cases, and 2-3...I see why people hated it, but I always really liked how it touched on just how people handle death more than any other case in the series. I find it to be a solid case once you look past its goofy characters and stuff. There are some really dark themes buried in there. I definitely understand hating it though, because it took me until my 3rd or 4th run of it to start liking it.

A Missouri state House committee released a graphic report Wednesday including lurid details of conduct by Gov. Eric Greitens with a woman who testified under oath that Greitens subjected her to non-consensual sexual activity and violence.
The report could set the stage for impeachment proceedings against the embattled Republican governor, who already faces criminal invasion of privacy charges in addition to multiple ongoing probes.
The woman said under oath that the governor staged and took a photo of her bound and blindfolded, and then threatened to release the photo, were she to disclose their encounter.

"You're not going to mention my name. Don't even mention my name to anybody at all, because if you do, I'm going to take these pictures, and I'm going to put them everywhere I can. They are going to be everywhere," he said, according to her testimony, "and then everyone will know what a little whore you are." The governor previously denied that he had ever blackmailed or threatened the woman.
The woman testified that during their first sexual encounter, Greitens held his penis near her face as she was "uncontrollably crying." She said she felt coerced into oral sex, and agreed with the statement that she "didn't feel necessarily able to leave without performing oral sex" and feared for her "physical self."

Yikes.

There are calls for him to resign, but he's refusing to at the moment. I'm not really sure he'll have much of a choice in the matter, with how things are going, though.

I tried a few times back in high school. It quickly dives into this web of relationships and throws a hundred names at you, and got very very dull very quickly for me. I couldn't finish or even get very far into it.

Honestly, -ATK/+SPD isn't that bad. Her dagger's Wo Dao effect will still hit really hard with Moonbow (or Glimmer, but I'd do Moonbow with those IVs).

I was hoping to get any bunny unit, but I sorta busted out. I got double pity broken by Sonya & Julia in the same batch. Rad units, but I have both with better IVs (though both of my Sonyas have bad ones, my first is -ATK/+RES and my second is -SPD/+DEF).

Professor Layton vs. Ace Attorney

Rather than letting magic exist in the non-canon spinoff, the game went for a final act twist where the entire magical realm of Labyrinthia actually existed in the present day, on an island where people who had given up in life erased their memories to start a new life in a world of magic. All of the magic in the game is made possible by a special rare mineral in the water that causes people to pass out when they hear the sound of metal hitting metal. There are also tons of machines all over town to help create the magic, but they're camouflaged because everyone in town is hypnotized and told that they can't see pure black, so nobody ever notices them.

Oh, and the entire game happened because the Storyteller (AKA the old dude who writes the "stories" on hypnotic paper and forces the townspeople to live through them) was dying of a vague, unnamed illness. Then roughly two sentences later, a miracle cure is discovered.

Honestly, the game would have been less unbelievable if they had just gone with "Yup, it was magic the whole time" and left it there.

I'm too much of an introvert to do it though. I know myself too well, and I'm positive I'd end up sitting in a corner and talking to no one.
