Didn't have good week this week. Family is visiting and it is so hard to eat right and workout with them here. Don't want to kick them out LOL. Anywho I was so close to under 200 pounds. But I guess I am going to get back on the horse this week. I will give a weigh in good or bad on Monday when I can try to get to the In Body at my gym. They moved the scale to behind a counter and I don't know why they made it harder to access .

I know it is stand in the Patriots, but is it just something for the view/player to notice. Or are people literally saying that in the game world.

I'm reaching the final stretch of my paper, having accumulated over 100,000 words. Life's throwing everything at me right now work demands piling up, family issues cropping up unexpectedly. Now, as I sit down to wrap things up, I'm hitting a wall. My chair's review of the abstract is clear: I'm presenting topics, not building the argument. Yet, I'm struggling to grasp exactly what she expects from me. I've been stuck in this loop for an hour and a half, unable to make any headway. Unfortunately, I can't shoot her an email since this section is already overdue.

When you are stuck what do you do ?

I love how ppl always complain about kids just being on thier screens. But there are fewer and fewer places for them to go.

Thanks for the advice so the reset doesn't fully work if someone really really wants the data. I don't think am that important nor am I rich enough for someone to really go out their way. If someone steals my life...Congratulations you now have student loan debt. So I guess I will just reset it like 10 times and feel safe. I have anxiety so things worry me. But this sounds good.

Ebay looks just like a big yard sale now. I remember I got my first saxophone there. And it was from a Chinese Store. So they always had direct buying. But the draw was the bidding. And not the shops. And more people wanted the shops so it would seem. And Amazon just bets them in the shop department hands down. Why fight to bid for something when I can just it cheaper version from Amazon.

I think its a terrible decision that Colin Farrell is The Penguin. He is a handsome actor who has to undergo an intense transformation to look like the character. Meanwhile, there are many talented actors who are not conventionally attractive and struggle to find good roles because of their appearance. This was an opportunity to cast someone who fits the physical description of The Penguin, a short, overweight, and sometime mutant. But instead, they chose the guy who played freaking Alexander The Great, How does that make any sense?

He still had half the ppl cheering for him.

From other people that have had difficulty losing weight simply from cutting calories, what helped them was cutting out sugars and processed foods. Is that something you'd be able to attempt? Basically no pre-boxed foods. Cook your own meats and use fresh fruits and veggies.

Thanks for the advice.. but I am on my way to goal. :) 60 pounds down. It just some days when I eat normally it's like everything comes back .

Im not sure if this counts, but werewolves are my favorite non-human race. I always root for them when they are pitted against vampires, which I despise. In Skyrim, I love to become a werewolf as soon as possible. Its fun to play a good character who can also unleash their wild side. Did that Redguard just kill the brave towns guard? No, it was a random werewolf. LOL. And I think to myself.. he knows what he said to me.

My least favorite are elves.

Elves are so annoying in any media. They act like they are superior to humans in every way and they are, but don't brag. They are more elegant, they live longer, they have more magic (or science) than humans. And they never miss a chance to rub it in. I hate elves and any other races that are basically elves with different names, like Vulcans from Star Trek and Asari from Mass Effect.

I know :( . But after I hit my goal weight I will build back up to normal. Honestly it really has made writing harder.

Funny thing I noticed that I was doing. I like slipping in my weight loss randomly. Like the other day I was renting a car. And I told the person behind the counter . I normally rent Trucks . But I lost 60 pounds. lol

I was in XXXL. Then I went XXL, and now I am between XXL and XL. So I voted for XL.

As far as I know this is a myth, or at least an oversimplified interpretation of something the experts said, but most people didn't understand.

I have read different things on subject. For example if you are eating too little the natural body movements that you do over the day slows down. And you resting Cals are not as much. As someone on a weight loss mission. I can tell you, if I eat like normal person pounds come right back on. So I stay around 900 cals. or less.

I am pretty sure that your body can go into starvation mode so it holds on to everything.

Being on time means arriving at the exact or scheduled time for something.

Gadget made it to the wedding on time.

In time means before a certain deadline or moment in the future.

Callie would realize in time that you are a great guy.

or

We got here just in time.

So while they are close double so for the second one. In time can mean more things.
