Yeah unfortunately it isnt a blender but a ice cream or sorbet maker.
I have a ninja blender i barely use unless i want to blend something to freeze for the ninja creami. Rather eat my smoothie or shakes like an ice cream than drink it. Seems way more satisfying to me

Again, going for a 100 mile ride on my recumbent stationary bike tomorrow so Im doing light work tonight on my upright. 30 minute zone 2 ride before a good nights sleep.

Ill start riding around 4:15 p.m. hopefully get 40-60 miles in before the game starts. Because Im gonna start drinking after the 1st Quarter around 7:30 p.m. I should be able to finish the Century around 11:00. Already gotten food for the family and cooked my part.

Whats everyone having? Im eating veggie pasta tonight. Smoked and fried wings, Marcos Calliflower Pizza and a lot of wine. Cooked green beans and macaroni and cheese but I dont believe in fork foods on Sunper Bowl Sunday. This Should be my last real binge until Q3 of this year. Weighing in at 250 currently but some of that will come off after 6 hours of riding

you basically make the smoothie in the cup you drink it out of so its easier to clean

heres a nice banana, kale, cucumber, spinach and peanut butter powder smoothie I make regularly

Working overnight and was getting hungry and taco bell is so close.
Was seriously thinking about ordering some and luckily the app shows the calories of stuff on menu which helped me resist temptation. Drank a bunch of water and think im fine for now.

Its the Superbowl tonight so i already know im going to eat a fair amount of calories later since im smoking some wings and might order a pizza.

I didn't eat much today, and I didn't eat much yesterday. I am kind of worried about that. I think I might try some Chef Boyardee. I know I need to eat. However, I tried and I just wasn't feeling it. I know people here have rightfully pointed out that my Cals are too low sometimes. So I know I need to get something.

Not good day today guys and gals. In started getting headaches while working out. So I cut my workout short. I will did my in body scan. Since that what I do on Monday. I was down 3 pounds but I post 1.5 muscle. Then I literally felt like I was dying. I had to find a random chair and sent down. The world was spinning around me and I felt like I had to throw up. Graphic stuff next. Like those hospital throw up of not food just all your fluids. I managed to get back to car and home. And now I am going to try to creep into the office. And close my door. And hope no one needs me.

I've stopped drinking sugar and just eyeball things when eating. Breakfast is 3 boiled eggs, lunch is chicken and carrots or broccoli and dinner is chicken again. If I need a snack I have lightly salted chips and salsa. I watch the carb intake too. 50ish for the day? I just need to start getting into working out again.

The issue with 50g of carbs a day is that it's right on the borderline of keto. You may accidentally slip in and out of it. Lots of folks have noticeable reactions during this stage, so flopping back and forth can suck. I've done it on accident and didn't enjoy the experience. I'd pick either in or out. This might be a non issue for you though. Some folks have hardly any noticeable side effects

Thats crazy how long did that take?

Only gained 3 lbs from superbowl so far this morning which im happy about. 302lbs. Back to the grind. Had my eggs and chicken sausage this morning. Got leftover wings and pizza but idk if i want to eat the pizza. Might freeze it for later.
Need to make some bulgogo and rice with veggies for meal prep when i have time.

I was on the bike for about six hours total. I got up and walked around, ate. Started around 4:50 Eastern watching the WM Open (Really Good Finish) started eating around 6 when I hit 35 miles. Knees started hurting a bit at 8 but only because my form was breaking down watching the game. It's important to engage your abs. I started drinking during the halftime show and hit 101 watching the post-game celebration on ESPN. My family was around and I was talking to my isolated bros about whether sliding between a man's legs on roller skates was a humiliation ritual.

I'm 254 now and my blood oxygen actually decreased because I drank so much. I can't wait to eat clean again but we have way too many leftovers for me to eat Huel

I'm not sure if anyone remembers but I've lost a lot of weight and have been trying to get down low enough to finally get loose skin surgery. I don't want to get it, lose more weight, and have loose skin again.

I had my first consult with a surgeon about it while I continue to lose weight and he said that I likely won't get dental clearance for elective surgery. My teeth are SUPER fucked up and I likely have whatever infection a person can get because I haven't been to a dentist since 2001.

So that kind of took the wind out of my sails because I don't have enough money to get my teeth taken care of and this surgery. I'm doing it all out of pocket and busted my ass for months scraping together enough to get the skin removal surgery.

I could chance it and go to Mexico but I'd rather not because I wouldn't be able to have family with me there to help with recovery.

Unless I win the lottery, that's the end of that plan for the time being. I really need to get my teeth taken care of anyway, so oh well.

On the bright side, I've gotten really into weight lifting and am doing some really nice recomp that I'm happy about. I'll always hate this loose skin but it's making me hate my body overall a little less.

Im not an expert on this, but Ive heard that dental problems can affect other parts of your body, even your heart. We all know that aesthetics and appearance are important. I went from around 380 to 215 and am at 230 now. I was trying to get down to 199 as a somewhat symbolic stopping point and to maximize the effectiveness of skin removal but yeah. I don't think I have the motivation for it now. I don't know. I'm just having fun lifting and seeing real results after finally learning how to do it right, so I guess weight loss doesn't really matter all that much right now.

Yeah, for sure. It's probably a good thing that it went down this way because I'm on point with diet, exercise, mental health, and everything else. Oral hygiene is my one big glaring failure in self-care. I mean, I brush twice daily and floss every other day but I'm at a point where there's major underlying problems that will need thousands of dollars to address and I just have to get on with it before it gets worse and leads to a stroke or something else serious.

I can probably cover the dental work with my skin removal surgery but after that, yeah, it's going to take gofundme, life insurance policy (no thx), or winning the lottery to do both.

Weekly weigh in: Down 1 lb for the week. 18lbs for the year. Perfect pace that I'm looking for.

I was at one point down another lb for the week and heading towards a third, but I gorged on protein bars over the weekend. Part of it was I straight up spiraled out of control on what tastes close enough to candy bars. So they were at least much more nutritionally sound. That's too expensive to waste, on that but it dud mitigate some damage in both directions.

For some reason the only thing I can see eat is Chinese food. Like anytime I try to eat anything else I just get full right away. But I had some tots from sonics and ibwas able to shockingly keep those down. I think I need to skip my 6 am work out tomorrow. And try to get my sleep back on track. I have been off all over since I missed a night of sleeping

Saw my physiotherapist today for the first time since November. She was stunned and very happy with my muscle growth and how my body is shaping up. I'm making a more V shape and shedding a lot of fat from her perspective, making more muscle in the process. My weight isn't decreasing a lot but I'm losing a lot of body fat.

Drinking and eating junk have been terrible for me. Back at 255 and sleeping terrible due to the effects of alcohol on my breathing. Not exercising because I'm still recovering from the 100 mile ride. Not eating the right foods because of the ridiculous amount of leftovers from the game.

I finally ate my last chicken wing and only have enough wine to stave off withdrawal. Looking forward to getting back on my diet again and exercising

hit the gym today after a few days off due to hanging out with GF. Some people at work are saying i look slimmer and like i've been hitting the gym.. Hope this confidence boost is what i need to stick with it... and hope they weren't just saying it to make me feel better and that theres an actual difference lol
