Went straight to online ranked and picked my boy Law. T6 doesn't have matchmaking on by default so I got matched with someone with 3k wins and got spanked. Can't remember if I won a single round. After that fight, I turned on matchmaking and won a fight lol.The biggest thing with tekken is like 1: learn your bread and butter moves 2: learn some basic combos 3: learn how to get up when you're against a wall or in a corner 4: learn longer combos and the hit zones for your moves 5: get down how they play in relation to other specific opponents 6: frame data where possible as well as priorities if you aren't sure yet 7: fine tuning the basics of guarding, countering, interrupting, and so on I'm not good but I'm not horrible enough to lose against most friends doing an Eddy Gordo |

And sure, it helps that I am in Portland and my insurance has a program that connected me easily enough with ones who were in-network and all. But seriously, it's fucked up. Trans woman transitioning for over 7 years on hormones needs 2 letters to get implants. Meanwhile a cisgender girl on her 18th birthday can get them without any such requirements. But also, wtf why can't I get any guys offering that much to get me implants. :l Edit: though there's always gonna be surgeons outside the US and Europe who would do so without any hesitation. |
