I dunno, I'm definitely leaning towards some theory like

And when that info came to light to the chief of police, that's when they did that "we are certain that everyone who died was killed by the shooter" news release.

There were at least 2. 1 boy who apparently got out the window

1 girl who covered herself in blood to play dead

They both have given interviews. There were kids still alive when the room was breached I think. But probably less than if they had breached sooner. And the cops might have shot some of the kids on accident during the breach
