Hell, if you follow the first quest line as you exit the vault (track the movements of the overseer) you'll find several terminals mentioning the brotherhood. I've found a few others in unrelated areas and some in "while you're following the main quest you'll get these additional quest lines" ones.

Needless to say, having only robots as NPCs is unusual. But there might not be just robots, there's some top of the world mission I'll get to next session I get in.

Anyone else ready for the economic collapse he's rocketing us into?

There's"towns" as in like, 8-13 buildings with 3-5 having crafting benches and shop npc bots. There's npc bots with quests and stuff. Found one who my teammate talked with and said he won a contest and gave him a shotgun but not me. Found another who roamed an area saying I couldn't help research animals without a recon scope. And there's an army training facility with a drill sergeant who I was doing training courses under when the beta time ended

Inventory management is simplified when you realize every train Depot has a "everything in here can be picked up elsewhere" chest and you can toss all your junk in there, making it so dying has no penalty besides the caps lost.

Easy lazy exp from crafting, so of course I've done junk runs already just to craft tons of throwing knives. Great damage, even a *notorious* type of level 14 super mutant died from 6 of them.

Almost like you break the rules on purpose in between all those times you're just frothing at the mouth with terrible posts

I think you'll be even more done in like 2 days when mods see that post in the moderation queue

This is an actual train wreck. I LOVE Happy Gilmore and Billy Madison... I know his newer shit sucks but MAN he really SUCKS now. It just bounces around to complete random stupid shit. And it's not even funny random stupid shit. It's just stupid shit.

Hate to break it to you (I actually don't), but happy Gilmore was full of random stuff and random cuts to stuff for the sake of cheap visual gags. Billy madison even more so but at least the odoyles rule gag was built up to through the whole film.

Yeah, it makes them flee and cannot kill with like one exception and that requires standard "well there's nowhere for them to run except off the platform" situations.

Uh, a random person reaching for your door handle is a bit more than just approaching your car. Given the time of night and lack of people around it would have freaked me out too.

Literally every one of my Uber and Lyft driver friends have had people approach their car thinking it was the one for them before, context is everything.

Also, getting into your car=/=a life risking threat based on this scenario. Now if you're a woman and he wasn't looking for an Uber, yeah you'd have good reason to fear that much

I don't have Uber anything on my car. To him I was just a random car that dropped somebody off. He tried to get into my car at 2AM. Yes, if a stranger gets into my car I would defend myself.

If you're so afraid you should quit and not join a job where you're liable to kill someone because you're so easily panicked that your first instinct is your gun.

They also shouldn't be sending troops 2+ months before the ones actually coming all the way to the US border will arrive

Pippi and the other wizard started using fire to burn the debris but in turn burned the room they were in. Meanwhile I was able to notice as the dancers were struck, something flew away from them and in to the walls and floor boards. The wall was covered in the same goo as the arm. Since I was near the doll but not in the room I tried using the arm to smack at the wall, trying to see if the goo did anything. I broke the wall and the arm was destroyed in the process. Everyone inside the room (except me because I wasn't actually in the room) took damage from the stuff falling from the roof as a combination of the destroyed wall and raging fire. Well, that's when a boss monster started to coalesce in the corner and the party started to fight it. As they did so, I grabbed the doll by the hand and told it that the party will be fine, but we had to get out of there. The party killed the slime monster and found a child's corpse. Then the floorboards beneath them gave way and they fell into a pit below and if they weren't already unconscious (the Hulk took too much collective damage from being stabbed and taking falling damage and being hit by the boss), they realized there were dozens more of the slime monsters. They all died.

Sure, my character will live with the shame of cowardice. But without her, the authorities would never be alerted to what was going on, I brought damning evidence of the conspiracy (a severed arm that was destroyed against a wall, the doll and my eyewitness testimony), and ultimately saved the day because I lived.

So yeah, I basically Hercule'd the party by letting them do the fighting, and dying, while I took the credit for it. Dressed as a theatre admiral, no less.

tl;dr I fled as everyone else was left to die but I was the hero that day, if you ignore the part where I smacked someone with an arm and demanded satisfaction.
