Some people use children's birthdays, and other child-related events, to drink alcohol.
It's not much of an issue unless they drink quite a bit though.

To add to this, different cultures have different views on this.

In some cultures it's not unusual to have multiple generations living in the same home, sharing a bed with someone who isn't your partner, kissing to say "hello", etc.
In other cultures those things are viewed as taboo.

Final Fantasy kinda died for me with this game, mainly because it was the first to include voice acting and the voice acting was horrendous.

FF 12 isnt so bad, and the voice acting is much better in that one, but the series will never be the same after X

It's kind of funny that Kingdom Hearts released less than a year after FFX and had much better voice acting for the time imo. But that was most likely due to Disney's involvement.

I agree with you there.
I honestly disliked quite a bit of this game's narrative and story. There was promise and some good ideas, but I felt they went about things in the wrong way at points.

Staff don't do anything. Half-assed job wiping things down when he's done, neglecting to clean touched surfaces like knobs or the weight stack.

You know, it really bugs me that employees at a lot of places aren't doing this.

Like, I've seen plenty of businesses that don't properly clean their stores, equipment, doors, etc. Yet all of the employees are wearing masks. Like why half-ass it?

I've also seen some amusement parks and similar entertainment businesses that are somehow open. The employees are required to wear masks, but they don't wipe down the equipment between rides. <_<

It seems like most of the hate is coming from either right wing trolls that are upset that women, gay people, and minorities exist, along with people that werent fans of the first but and are upset that a lot of other people did like it and gave it praise.

There are a lot of those people, but not everyone who dislikes the game are like that.

I'm one of the ones who greatly disliked some of the story choices with this game. (Especially the ending.)
And I don't mind people who enjoy the story, but I've seen plenty of people act like it's somehow the best video game story ever and how original it is. Like how is a revenge plot all that original?

But that's just me. The graphics, gameplay, and music are all great though.

BBS wasn't about time travel. It was 3DS that really sunk the lore boat.

Oh I know, but BBS had a few things that I disliked too. But BBS is still far better than DDD imo.

I dont think I really even... care about the Keyblade War. And I certainly dont care about hearing a long drawn out story about bad OCs doing something for 80+ hours to stop some vague threat they know of but never actually talk about in explicit terms for some reason.

KH lore was better before BBS. Everything that came after KH2 just made the lore and story worse imo.

Not saying KH1-KH2 have great lore, but at least it wasn't so drawn out. And it didn't involve time travel.

That applies to a lot of media tbh.

You might want to reread the story. It seemed like the son was the one who put most of the effort in trying to have a relationship with his father. His dad didn't even take the time to check up on him. I mean... what kind of parent doesn't even know what their child was studying for in college?

However, it's still just as difficult as other Souls games, and even tougher in some ways. Especially some of the bosses...

Soulsbornelite games have the deliberate combat which makes it much more satisfying without the hair pulling frustrating bullshit that's in the Soulsborne games.

Not sure if I agree with this sentiment. Mainly because Sekiro is one of the best games I've played in years. The gameplay is top notch imo.

I met Gravemind and didn't finish the fight, so overall it technically was a sucky game - hopefully Halo 3 and/or Halo 3 ODST (which IDK if is DLC or just a remastering) will be better.

Out of the Bungie games, Halo 2's Campaign is the weakest imo.

As for ODST, it's a standalone game. It originally started as a DLC for Halo 3, but eventually it became slightly bigger than that. It's story and setting is probably the most "unique" of the Bungie games, plus the soundtrack is great.

Between Animal Crossing and the whole lockdown thing (which Animal Crossing is extremely good for), Switches have been selling very well the past few months. I don't think this is in any way an artificial shortage so much as it is a major spike in demand, to say nothing of the impact the pandemic has had on manufacturing.

To add to this. The shortage and increased demand is even worse right now due to scalpers who are using bots to purchase Switches. They sell out within minutes whenever they get restocked online due to this.

I watched it... And yes, it's really bad.
Probably one of the worst Scooby Doo related things in years.

It's not even a Scooby Doo movie, it's more of a Hanna-Barbera multiverse movie, with a huge focus on Blue Falcon.

The world being called "Hyrule" doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things. It's completely different in each of the games.

As for Ganon? Yea, it would be nice to have more games that don't revolve around him.

Sadly it won't have the full soundtrack of the originals due to licensing issues... :/

As for the poll. Yes I would. That's about the price of two tickets depending on the show time, and then the cost of popcorn, snacks, or drinks can easily make it $40-50+ for two or more people.

Botw doesn't really have crafting per se.

You don't make anything from scratch

You do craft food and potions/elixirs though. And for some areas of the game you need to be able to craft some or buy some to advance due to the weather.

The durability thing isn't that big of an issue. (Except on the hard difficulty, which can be ridiculous at times due to weapon durability.)
The biggest issue with the game is repetitiveness. You fight the same handful of enemies over and over again, and shrines don't offer that much variety either. Especially the lazy combat shrines...

Besides that, the game is very fun. The sequel definitely has a great foundation to build off of too.

Oh, and as for durability. There is a weapon that doesn't break, but it requires some play time to acquire.

One thing about KH1 that I really liked, and which none of the subsequent titles did (at least main series) is have you revisit the worlds with upgraded enemies before initiating the final act. I know it's mostly a way to pad out the game, but it was also a way to revisit the locations and characters with the enhanced perspective gained from having completed most of the game.

While not necessarily toward the very end of the game, like in KH1, you did revisit worlds later on in KH2.

Not really a current sitcom, but It's Always Sunny.

1, 2, com, and ddd are good

DDD is one of the most nonsensical games in the series though.

2 > 1 > 3 > CoM > BBS > DDD > Days > Coded

I'm one of the few who actually enjoyed CoM. And while Days gameplay is weak, it's story is better than DDD, BBS, and KH3's imo.
