I feel like Sora would be a shoe-in to be in Smash at some point. He has games on Nintendo platforms, including the second KH game ever which was on GBA. He has a huge amount of moveset potential, and he consistently ranks as one of the most wanted characters on fan polls throughout multiple countries. And unless we get another FF or DQ character, he makes the most sense for another Square character.

At this point the only thing holding him back from Smash is Disney.

Master Chief would be amazing too, but I don't know if they would end the pass on a character that is unpopular in Japan. Would be huge to have Chief finish the fight though.

Crash is popular too, but what bad timing to add an Activision Blizzard character to Smash...

What I'm really curious about are the final Mii costumes. Will they mainly be characters people wanted that didn't make the cut? Or something else entirely?

Or another fighting game character lol. Or maybe both if someone from the Guilty Gear or BlazBlue series gets in.

Instead, N64 games finally make their Switch debut four years after the Switch's launch. I'll see you all in 2023 when Game Boy games come to the Switch, and again in 2025 when Game Boy Advance games comes to the Switch.

No, it's not reasonable.

in your house alone?

Depends. Is this friend an ex? Does this friend have feelings for my SO and dislikes the fact that we are in a relationship together? Does my SO have feelings for them? How often does this occur? Because it would be weird for someone to frequently spend a significant amount of time alone with a friend of the opposite sex instead of spending time together with their SO imo. Especially if they are meeting this friend in secret.

I feel like in certain scenarios it's okay for someone to voice their concerns and want to talk about setting certain reasonable boundaries. If either partner disagrees with those boundaries or breaks them, then the couple can simply break up and move on.

With all that said, cheaters gonna cheat. So if something weird is going on, definitely try to get to the bottom of it. You don't want to invest time into a long term relationship where someone has been cheating on you behind your back.

No. I don't think that's exactly it. People of all genders, races, etc go missing every year. But it is true that most of the time, it is usually caucasian female that will get more news coverage like this compared to females of other races... I use to watch the news every morning at work for years, and it is true... I don't think I've seen coverage of many people of color, if any, or to this extent. But I saw coverage of caucasian females pretty often... It wasn't everyday or anything. But often enough...

I won't disagree that missing white women receive more coverage than women of other races, but very few people, of any race or gender, receive the same type of coverage as the current coverage of Gabby Petito.

Also, how does the coverage of missing women compare to the coverage of missing men or missing children?

This.

Just use a stock alert app/website or follow certain stock alert Twitter accounts to stay up to date. Focus only on Target drops though, as with Target you are only competing against others in your local area.

In almost every case, people could add roommates or housemates/apartmentmates and save a significant amount of money (not even accounting for the energy efficiency) but choose not to. Whether that's multi generational living with your own family, or with friends. I have no idea why communal living is so detested in the USA.

This is already happening to some extent though. Due to the astronomical increase in housing and rent costs, more and more people are living with family, friends, or roommates now.

Clench281 posted...
UBI would also go a long way towards untethering people from a specific job and living situation, opening up the possibility of taking time to find a job and living situation that is more feasible without reliance on a car.

You are correct, but how can I take personal responsibility for something I have very little control over? What else can I do besides voting and spreading awareness? And how can someone of middle, working, and even lower class status make as big of an impact as wealthy corporations and politicians that actively lobby against UBI? Which brings us to the next point:

Clench281 posted...
A large problem exists with zoning laws that prevent efficient multi-unit dwellings from being built because wealthy individuals don't want them near single family homes out of fear of reducing property values.

Again, wealthy individuals are more to blame than the average joe. And these same wealthy individuals who whine about multi-unit dwellings lowering their property values are also responsible for the current spike of property values rising due to buying so many properties. Not to mention some of those zoning laws you are referring to exist because of wealthy individuals investing money into creating those laws.

LeetCheet posted...
Didn't a bunch of corporations just sue governments all around the world because they're introducing new legislations to combat the global warming and that they hurt their incomes?

Exactly. It's extremely easy to say that the average person should take more personal responsibility when certain corporations are responsible for actively lobbying against mitigating climate change and intentionally spread misinformation about climate change. Heck, I would even go as far as to say that these corporations and wealthy individuals want you to put the blame the average person instead of focusing on their own exploits. I'm not saying the average person should take no responsibility, but they definitely are not the only ones responsible.

I mean, look at it this way. Who owns multiple large properties? And who spends more time using boats and planes as transportation for recreational and business use? Lower classes do use cars as transportation, but only because they do not have access to any alternatives. And the people of lower classes currently have to use vehicles to get to their jobs so that they can afford to feed their families and keep a roof over their head.
Too many people in this world can only focus on how they are going to get their next meal or shelter. Sadly, they don't have the luxury to do what they can to combat climate change.

Not to mention, how many items do you currently own or use that were created by practices that harm the planet and contribute to climate change? Would you be willing to give up phones, computers, televisions, etc? Would you be willing to also give up luxuries such as foreign food and certain national foods? Because transporting food and other items from around the world by using planes, trucks, and cargo ships definitely isn't good for the environment.

Oh, and when it comes to recycling... Please reduce and reuse before you recycle. Most plastic can not be recycled iirc.

So I guess that while a huge portion of the population are uneducated, the vast majority are just unwilling to change. Either because they don't have the luxury to, or because they don't want to give up all of the luxuries of the modern world.

Just wanna say this applies to a ton of companies too.

Just look at Capcom, SEGA, Nintendo, Microsoft, Sony, etc. While there are some "new" ideas, we still see a ton of remakes, remasters, sequels, or improved spiritual successors. Even a lot of indie games just focus on perfecting already established genres.

I mean, there have even been leaks of Naughty Dog developing a remake of TLOU... Like remasters I can understand, but remakes of games that aren't even a decade old and have barely aged? :/

15 years and I am still saying that Nomura has never been given a good opportunity since... KH2. Guy can make a good game but he's Kojima-tier when it comes to actually releasing a product.

Doesn't help that Square gave the man too many projects at once tbh. Just look at the time period of FF Versus XIII. IIRC, they kept moving Nomura around to help out on other projects.

Not to mention that while Nomura can make a good game... his stories are awful.

With all that said, some of Square's main visionaries and directors are capable of great things, if they are reigned in properly. They are extremely similar to people like George Lucas.

I liked her, but her whole subplot in the last arc felt kind of forced and not really a payoff to her character gee i never commit to anything, i guess ill just play archer for a day and be naturally talented lol. And the sister felt underdeveloped because they were "sharing" screen time.

This is true though. The sister could've used more development. As for the spoiler part... That part in general was the weakest part of the movie. The main characters only had a couple days to train for the final confrontation. But even then, I think the point was that she finally had a goal and something to work towards instead of not having any goals or aspirations. She wasn't even that good at archery iirc, and they even told her multiple times to stay away because she wasn't ready/good enough to help.

With all of that said, I think it would've been better if she had decided to do something with her driving skills. The movie really hammered in that she likes to drive and is an amazing driver, so it could've connected to her subplot nicely.

Nier: Automata - Finally got around to playing through this and "beating" it, only to find out that there are multiple playthroughs/routes. Whoops. Not sure if I want to try out the different routes just yet or start Replicant for the first time.

NEO: The World Ends With You - Its really good, maybe not as good as the first, but its still good. Somehow the combat is even more chaotic than the first game.

Slay the Spire - Just started this a couple months ago and it was my main addiction for awhile. Still haven't had any luck defeating the final/bonus boss.

The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening - Playing on Hero mode and certain sections are slightly annoying. At least it's satisfying my Zelda itch until I pick up SS HD, after that it's just the long wait until BotW2.

Other than those, I'm most likely about to start playing It Takes Two with my fiance. And I may play through KH: Re:CoM for her, as she recently beat KH1 but I'm not sure if she can handle the combat, let alone enjoy it. Really want to start the Mass Effect remaster trilogy and Miles Morales soon too, but I want to try finishing NEO: TWEWY first.
