I'd like people to start putting out some names and addresses of actual stores where employees "don't get paid" to close the store.

My big issue is that if you're late closing the store there's the potential of write ups and such. My boss is cool so she doesn't write us up, but the extra payroll is taken out of her vacation time.

I work for a big chain retail store and most of my shifts I'm the one closing. I'm pretty lenient overall. We close at 10, and the store has to be shut down and we have to be clocked out by 10:15. I shut off the automatic door at 9:55 and lock the doors to new customers around 9:58.

Usually some meth head or trailer trash pos is still shopping around after 10 so I tell them to bring their stuff to the front. They can give me attitude all they want but our hours are our hours.

One time had some dude knocking on the glass around 9:59, sorry brother, that's not enough time to get in and out by 10, catch us tomorrow.

It's insane some stores lock their doors twenty minutes before close. Don't understand the reasoning with that unless you're a super busy store with a tight deadline to get everything cleaned and all the register counted down.

Disclaimer; MegaMan 3 is my favorite game of all time. I love these games, so this isn't a diss.

I don't know why the difficulty of this one series gets overblown so much. Castlevania, Ghosts n Goblins, Super Mario Bros., etc are all much harder. In MegaMan all you gotta do is play through the levels a few times and you'll be bullet proof.
