Please lets not get into the merits of the tipping in general. I normally don't order delivery so I don't know what the average tip should me. The Pizza with 16 dollars.

$2 is a good average. Add extra if the weather is bad, if you live in a hard-to-find place, etc.

Three singles is a fair tip to a pizza man. I only order a pizza delivery a few times a year and I give them a twenty when I do, because I've done pizza delivery and fuck that noise.
