I turned it off. It got annoying when my Pokemon leveled up after almost every battle. I'd rather level them up the old-fashioned way.

I just did BW1's postgame for the first time ever on Monday!

There's not a whole lot to it, especially with wifi gone. If you wanna complete the national dex, a bunch of older gen pokemon are in eastern Unova.

A couple new legendaries to catch, higher leveled E4 with an actual Alder battle, new superboss, finding the remaining six sages for Looker and diving into an ancient castle underwater for Arceus' plates and some treasures.

Can all be done in a few hours, but the levels for trainers jump to the mid 60s immediately so you might need to grind.

I'm not missing much if I don't do it?

I just beat the Unova Elite Four. After I beat N and Ghetsis, should I play the postgame? I didn't do the Battle Tower in Ruby.

Reminder that Texas is winnable. Abbott's margins shrank from 20.4 points in 2014, to 13.3 points in 2018, to 11 points in 2022. If Dems can increase their margins in the Austin and Houston suburbs, and make gains in the DFW area, Texas can be a swing state.

No, really, what's the appeal? Why does everyone act like the show is as good as The Sopranos or Breaking Bad? I watched a few episodes, including Sleepytime, and it's just OK. I'm tired of people pretending the show is some masterpiece, and not just an above-average preschool cartoon.

Hitmonchan is terrible since elemental punches are based off its Special Attack in those games. Heck, all Fighting-types are terrible in those games since Submission is the strongest (80 power) attack with 80% accuracy and recoil damage.

This is going to be a pretty big list if you're counting long running franchises since pretty much all of them have had some kind of spin-off game. And then you have all the mascot franchises which inevitably all try something like a kart racer or a party game.

I'm talking about mainline entries, not spin-offs.

I've been playing Pokemon Black, and it's different from the previous Pokemon games I've played.

This made me think, what are some other entries in a series where the people who worked on it tried something new instead of just making another standard entry?

I looked it up. You don't run into Deino until Victory Road. I'm at Driftveil City.

I'm playing Pokemon Black, and my team is Dewott, Whirlipede, Blitzle, Darumaka, Sandile and Munna. I haven't used Munna very much. Should I put it in the PC Box and replace it with Vanillite or Deerling? If I get Deerling, I'll have Fire, Water AND Grass.

Platinum is the best Gen 4 game; it fixes a lot of problems and has better pacing.

Platinum goes for over $100 on Amazon and Ebay.
