more funding created a homeless liaison team here that has great number on helping eliminating homeless by providing resources and help with housing, a team with no proactive or arrest structure. Just straight homeless.

The allocation of the funding is important. When salt lake city gave every homeless person a free apartment, it ended up costing less money than having to pay for the problems caused by Vagrancy needing to be dealt with by police.

So you can cut that part out of the police budget and simultaneously fix homelessness without impacting the money the police need for other things and have a little extra spending cash to boot (maybe reinvest elsewhere in the police)

If she was alive when her vote was legally registered, then it's a living person's vote. There legally has to be a cutoff somewhere. It definitely feels shitty, but this feels like a necessary legal case. I don't know how legally registering the votes work, but I wouldn't be against moving it up to when they are received if they're currently only officially counted on the official voting day.

Legally no there doesn't have to be a "cutoff." 4 states explicitly allow you to count dead votes (as long as they were cast before dying).

On moral grounds, it's kind of douchey to toss it, but legally it makes sense. I guess if the person is legally dead before it's received, yes. It's not like it's an actual vote until it's truly counted. If they cherry picked and deleting dead people's fully confirmed votes, that'd be horrible. If someone died halfway into the voting booth, it'd be weird to accept their vote.

If she died 20 minutes after voting in person on November 3rd it would have counted. There's no fundamental difference with the concepts behind both.

Well she has a shield, and that alone is gonna make her much tankier than Marina. Guessing her skill or her chain is really great for damage

If we assume what she did in the beginning are her actual skills we're probably looking at a secondary character skill that can block for character from incoming damage (kinda like reverse of Marina where she pulls herself to an ally) and her chain coability will be (any) to Downed and might last pretty long so you'll want to try to use it last.

Not sure what her Ex weapon is but probably not the celestial sword since it looks like only the Knight can use it.
