Atlanta, plus Fulton County?
I just was not too sure how big Atlanta is. But I wasn't too far from it.
But I was totally unaware of the greater metro area.

North Fulton has Atlanta + a bunch of upper-middle suburbanite places that are kind of a mixed bag of moderate voters. South Fulton has more lower income / minorities and I don't really know what they vote like. Safe bet to say the peripheral areas don't do anything to change the ratio so Atlanta is the real thing to count.

ITP Fulton might lean more Democratic as well even if it's not technically Atlanta.
