Just saw this. They somehow made a game that looks worse than both Avengers and Gotham Knights. At least those games had variety in gamplay for the characters. All this game has is 'traversal' in an open world that was obviously a blueprint for a possibly way better Superman game. And the traversal looks like shit compared to both the Batman games and the Spider-Man games.

Shame tbh. I loved the Arkham games.

Seems like this game is made for those that really loved Mario RPG and those who missed out on it. I got about 75% of the way through so I might pick it up when it hits $40 in a year.

I put maybe 15 hours into the game and in that 15 hours I experienced the most bland and lifeless sci-fi world I've experienced in media in a long time. Dunno how you make space boring but they managed to do it.

Pedro Pascal and Idris Elba really are the two best actors whom Hollywood doesn't know wtf to do with them. Give them real lead roles in movies god damnit

Funny how 6 months ago the conversation was that BG3 had no chance because the big AAA titles were going to completely destroy it. Now that those games came and went with pretty middling reviews while BG3 looks to be the clear winner by a country mile the narrative has changed to whatever this is lol

Chris Pratt is not a voice actor. Anyone who just uses their own voice and only their own voice shouldn't be considered one. (Patrick Warburton is the ONLY exception!)

Idk some of the best voice actors ever (Keith David, H. Jon Benjamin, etc) use their own voice like 99% of the time.

That being said, Chris Pratt's voice isn't a good or unique one imo. He would have been fine as Jon Arbuckle tho.

Yeah the intro is an internal monologue. The majority of Fassbender's lines are an internal monologue, he has few lines actually spoken on screen. It was pretty neat.
