While Mario Party certainly has elements of luck, a lot of it is mitigated by skill in the earlier Mario Party games. 1 has extremely harsh board events and mechanics, but in 2-4, you need a ton of luck to trump a skilled player who really knows what they're doing. 5-8 is when the scales are tipped in the favor of luck a bit more, but skill is still a factor. Everything after that, lol yeah it becomes bullshit.

I love FFXII and its combat system. It may seem like a game that plays itself, but you still gotta set up the party, jobs, gambits, equipment, etc. for whatever situation you're in which I think is part of the fun. Kinda like in Ogre Battle or Fire Emblem where most of your work is done before the battles take place.

3, but I appreciated the challenge from LL. I wish all Mario games had a LL version. NSMBU's challenge mode is the closest we'll get to that kind of difficulty in the 2D platformers. I could definitely do without the reverse world warping, though.

So far my jobs have had set days and set times, with my current job having voluntary overtime on the weekends, so no. I did get warned about coming in late too many times at my previous job, but I ended up quitting since I got a new job anyway.

Yeah I don't think a single other Zelda game took me 30 hours to 100% (I don't remember all my first-playthrough clear times exactly but Wind Waker was probably the longest at around 20 hours) so just the main campaign being 30 hours sounds like you're at least getting your money's worth.

I got the plats for all 3 games, but I only went for gold relics. I love Crash but there's not a chance in hell I would attempt to get platinum relics for every stage.

I live in America. Used sinks in houses and publically in many different places. Unless the sink has been used recently and the water has been heated prior, sinks dont just immediately shoot out hot water. That's not how water heaters work

My sinks take forever to dispense hot water as well. The one in the downstairs bathroom is like 10-15 seconds, but the one in the upstairs bathroom is seriously like 50 seconds or so. You'd think we lived in a 100 year old house lol

I do think it's more common than not to have sinks dispense hot water nearly instantly though. As for the topic, I prefer hot water but I don't mind cold water.

I'm honestly okay with the roster as is. Sure, having an 80+ roster would be great, but realistically, things are gonna get sacrificed eventually to achieve that number and I'd rather have better modes and gameplay than more characters that I probably won't even use often. I don't know if the game is considered a new game or not but to me it looks like SSBU Definitive Edition which games of that nature have been appearing on the Switch frequently so I'm fine with it.
