64 is a good game but it really shows its age. The Banjo games aged a lot better imo. And the future Mario 3D platformers are all improvements over 64. But it's not unplayable or anything like that and I think it's worth at least one playthrough.

As for 64 DS, I love the extra content in it but the controls make me wanna cry. Idk if you can use the circle pad to move if you play it on a 3DS but if so, then that should help a little. But then they went ahead and added a run button of all things. Just...why?

I honestly really like its library. Plus transferring the VC games from the Wii, as well as being backwards compatible with Wii, make it a great all-in-one Nintendo machine. My gripe with it is that it's not very transport friendly with all the extra stuff you need for it (Gamepad, Pro Controllers, Wiimotes, Nunchuks, Classic Controllers, GC controllers + adapter, chargers, etc. for the full experience). Makes me wish Nintendo would cut back on the gimmicks a bit haha

I have to admit, I really miss the days of pre-Brawl and pre-Sm4sh speculation. So many arguments, account bets, 'leaks', fakes, over-examination of every pixel of every millisecond of every trailer...I know this happens with other games, but it seems to be on a whole new level with Smash. Good times.

I'm gonna assume it's an enhanced port like Mario Kart and Tropical Freeze. Even though I bought most of the DLC for these games on Wii U, I still buy the enhanced versions anyway. RIP my wallet

Mario is shorter and easier (imo) to 100%, so I'd either knock that out first or switch between them. But both games are wonderful.

Damn. Splatoon makes me rage too, but luckily I haven't damaged anything yet. If you bought the physical game, I recommend keeping the case neaby and throwing that instead. If not, then maybe beat on an Inkling plush?

So far I've only had the S5 and S7. The S5 lasted a good while but definitely started showing its age by the time the S7 came out. I'm using the S7 since it came out and it's still doing great. It's not as speedy or long-lasting as when it first released of course, but it's still solid. I can imagine the S8 is a good choice as well, but if you're looking for cheaper, you can't go wrong with the S7.

I've known I was gay since I was 5 or 6 years old. It sure as hell wasn't a choice because I grew up in a very homophobic area. My family (mostly my extended family, not really my immediate family) are very religious and would definitely disapprove. Even now, a lot of my coworkers that I'm cool with are homophobic and wouldn't feel comfortable being near me if I told them truth (I know I shouldn't care since I don't exactly go to work to make friends, but still that's a mess I'd rather avoid). I tried for years to 'convert' myself or whatever before anyone could figure out I'm not attracted to females, but I learned to accept it for what it is.

Anyway, that's just my experience, and I know everyone is different, but I can't help but get a little annoyed when people think sexuality is a choice as if it's like picking out an outfit or something. Although I'm fine with who I am now, if sexuality really were a choice, I don't see why I wouldn't wanna just be straight.

I really like combining abilities like in 64, even though it doesn't work quite the same. Also, one of my favorite abilities, Yo-yo, returned which is awesome. Hopefully spear is back too.

The homing attack would be nice to do with buttons, but I don't think the upward and downward throws are ever worth it (I believe downward throw is used for a skip in Darker Side but that throw can be done with buttons). The spin throw is really neat and the only thing I used motion controls for since it's faster and easier that way.

Also, I never knew that about rolling. I thought the fastest speed was achieved by timing the button presses/shakes rhythmically.

Motion controls are only required if you're playing with a single Joycon sideways. I'm pretty sure most if not all of Mario's actions can be done with button inputs on the Pro Controller or double Joycon.

There was one like this near me but luckily it was fixed a month or two ago. It was on my way to work and it would drive me crazy every time.

When you hear, "It's all downhill from here," is your first thought something positive or negative? I think an argument can be made for both. Generally I use it as a positive statement, but I always confuse my coworker who sees it as negative haha

Nah I work overnight at Walmart and it sucks but it could worse (no customers!). Personally, I try to avoid jobs that involve a lot of phone calls or talking in general.
