The boys locker room was a blessing and curse for someone in the closet. In the same vein, massaging limbs can improve blood circulation, and thus tends to warm extremities. This might be the case for me, though it's something I've dealt with for a long time. Any time it's cold, I feel it in my hands first. Also whenever I hold someone's hands, theirs is always much warmer than mine.
