I don't support the death penalty. Even if it was a person who recorded himself nailing everyone in a preschool to the walls and setting the building ablaze while laughing maniacally, executing him is still a waste when they could instead sentence him to serve as fodder for medical experimentation.

I'm thinking Michelangelo.

Leonardo would probably be the first to die. As a leader, he would likely give his all, and his life to protect his team.
Raphael would probably go down shortly thereafter, doing a lot of damage on his way out.
Donatello probably has the best odds or survival what with his tinkering providing a potential answer for any situation, but it wouldn't make for a good story.

I would think the last reptile standing would be a hardened, tempered goofball who keeps his brothers' spirits alive by drawing from their example, while occasional letting loose a bit of the old innocent dorkwad he use to be.

That said, my info may be badly outdated as I haven't really been into TMNT since the 80s version cartoons and the first two movies. The reboots never really caught my attention.

Both. Though the core responsibility lies with the father for failing to properly secure a firearm and to educate his children in safe and responsible treatment of firearms, the early teen should be expected to know better than to do what he did, as what happened is much too far to be considered a simple accident.

This is too fucked up for me to be sympathetic. It's much better that a family that fucked up blows itself apart than to last long enough to destroy anyone else's family.

I would have encouraged them to denounce their actions and apologize for their unacceptable behavior and ask for forgiveness, letting them keep their job if they did so with the stern warning that there would be no second chances for that kind of thing. Everyone makes mistakes, what's important is that people are given the opportunity to learn and grow from their mistakes, not immediately and eternally condemned for them.

Now matter how horrible this idiot's life must be now that he's become the reason why his best friend is dead, letting him off on pity sets a standard that can be abused to deadly effect by people wanting to get away with murder, in addition to devaluing the importance of the responsibility and accountability.
Even if it really wasn't loaded, playing with a gun like that should carry legal consequences, at least as far as barring his right to own or use guns pending completing of an educational course on gun safety, care, usage, laws, and precautions.

I don't need self control to not play games that don't look appealing.

Man, what a disappointment. Black, White, and their sequels were great, and I was looking forward to a bold new direction for the series. Then we got X/Y. Then we got Sun/Moon. And now this. Was the transition to 3D really that devastating for the developers?

I really do hope Pokemon eventually bounces back in terms of quality, but until then, there are lots of other games I can enjoy. Didn't buy X or Y (got Y free later via Club Nintendo though), Moon was unimpressive, and the latest generation doesn't appeal to me at all.

Depends on if I'm just relaxing (70ish is fine), going somewhere (low 60s is better), or working hard (55 is ideal, over 75 hurts my performance, never hit a bottom limit).

Aren't officers trained in CPR? In the unlikely event that the electrical discharge of the taser stopped an officer's heart, the other could most likely revive him after incapacitating (by any means necessary at this point) the offender.

You're not taking into account the differences in weapons, nor the capacity to do harm, nor the likelihood to which such harm is reversible.

The police do suck alot, but this really wasnt one of those cases.

If he did fire and incapacitate an officer, (if I'm following this right, that would bring the officers down to 1), then I could see use of firearms warranted, and with the distinction of shooting to injure rather than to kill, but not before.

Mickey was fine when I was a mindless baby, but when I developed enough to think for myself, to examine, analyze, assess, and judge, Mickey lost appeal pretty quickly. He's actually a pretty abusive and spiteful character, not very entertaining unless you like watching someone abuse their dog, their friends, most things in general, and laugh at their misfortune.

That's not to say Bugs is some kind of saint, he ain't, but he at least tends to reserve his deviltry for those trying to kill and/or eat him.

There was an episode where Marge joined the police force. She did well, but ultimately quit, saying that there was too much corruption for her to be comfortable working there.

It might make a good episode for Marge to rejoin the Police, have her and a few of the background nobody cops (or lesser support characters as cops) oust the majority of the precinct on corruption, make chief. Though she starts out exemplary, it doesn't take too long for balancing efficiency, public safety, police safety, and public relations to become too much, and she starts losing her hair from stress. She starts cutting corners, making mistakes, eventually making corrupt decisions, and before anything too bad happens, Wiggum and co return from mandatory retraining, bust Marge on corruption (slap on the wrist, she loses her job), and everything's mostly back to normal, but now the police are substantially more professional.
