Last year was an abomination for the Oilers and the year before that was many players career years all happening at the same time. The real team is likely somewhere in the middle of those two teams. I'm expecting them to make the playoffs and lose in the first round to the Sharks. Also, fuck the Flames.

Did you call more than 1 contractor about the asbestos? Because it doesn't sound like you have. I used to do it professionally and I would still rather pay someone to deal with it than do it myself.

If you get it tested you might be able to get away with a milder form of abatement. Call a local abatement company and ask for a quote. Tile is indeed one of the lowest risk applications of asbestos. Certain companies will it only remove the material properly but also install the new flooring at the same time once they've confirmed no asbestos remains.
