I was posting top 1% times on the leaderboards without having to sweat too hard. I lost a lot of motivation to play once I hit the limit on saved designs, as I wanted every car in my collection to have an anime girl on it so I havent been on it in months.

So, the idea of a ghost as an autonomous, sentient being isnt something I find believable. However, I dont rule out the possibility that human experiences or powerful emotions can leave a kind of psychic imprint on a place/time, and that other minds can pick up on or perceive those imprints as a ghostly manifestation. That is, our minds can imagine scenes and sounds that do not exist and imagination cant be empirically tested or observed but nobody denies that it exists in some form or another. | Pitlord_Special 02/21/24 9:53:39 PM #6 | Just bought a new pair of ATH-A990Z headphones a couple weeks ago to replace my 15 year old ATH-A700s for my desktop PC usage. I kept them going with replacing the earpads and soldering new jacks on over the years but the plastic frame/swivel around the right ear broke apart. The current earpads and jack were both pretty worn down as well so figured it was time to lay them to rest. Still breaking these in a bit and tweaking the EQ settings to find a sound I like so not sure if I like them better yet or not.
I also have like a 10 year old set of ATH-S700 BT for use when I'm out or traveling (I don't use them much so they've lasted awhile) but I have a newer set of Sony XM4s for listening around the house (also used them at work when I used to have an office job). --- Posted from my iPhone 13 |

The points I try to hit are
For GPUs its hard to nail down a consistent rule. I usually look for a good price/performance card and then upgrade halfway through my machines life to a newer one if I feel the original is lacking. It also depends on your target resolution and FPS. Right now Id say the 4060 ti as a lower price option or the 4070 super as a higher price point (especially if youre going for 1440p) would be the two Id consider if I was building a machine today. --- Posted from my iPhone 13 |

This is just like all those articles about Millennials killing XYZ. This isnt Gen Z deciding to be rude to employers in a vacuum to get a kick out of it, this is a response by the wide public to corporate hiring practices that dont treat applicants like human beings. I've had the same treatment applying for government/public sector jobs. Going in for multiple tests, being interviewed and then just ghosted after it all, and then once so far as to be called back and told I was going to be hired and then ghosted, so I had to call them like a week later and was told my application had passed their expiration date so they couldn't hire me after all.
