Some people think that if you just burn only unclassified information onto the CD and then you mark the CD as unclassified then you can then you can do what ever with it.

But then there is a lot but the more proper way of doing it would be to would be to verify [missed a few words] and there are some technical personnel that can actually verify that nothing no other digital potentially secret information might be inside of that first, before you transfer [missed a few words].

So, if I am understanding you correctly that if you have completely unclassified information its okay and its verified its okay to take it out of a T-SCIF and put it on your own personal computer.

Yes, your Honor. But its there is different ways theres different ideas on how it is verified.
Some Ive seen where you need a memorandum sometimes and Ive seen where you just need somebody to with the right rank to say its okay.

It's suppose to help them if any transmissions are intercepted. They don't even use tails numbers, in many cases before launching them out.

The latter was a proposal by a select number of men within the US government, and shot down by JFK before it could be enacted. US History is in no short supply of similar plots so as to come into conflict with other countries, and this rejected proposal is documented as well.

i mean i agree with your point that conspiracies with hundreds of people aren't very likely to stay secret. but there's plenty of evil stuff powerful people can do in secret without involving a lot of mouths. and something being kept mostly under wraps for just a few months can sometimes do a lot of damage (for example, the lies that got us into the iraq war)
