If you hang out in a barber's shop long enough, you're gonna get a haircut. And if you keep getting you haircuts, you're gonna get a haircut that falls into a certain category, an accepted definition of a good haircut. That category is called mid-cuts. In a culture where tight, jagged hair is deemed "girly," and shorn hair is hot, mid-cuts are bound to not go out of style.

I gave you the link to the data. Thats all thats needed. You still havent proved anything wrong with it. I linked you to the site of the people that make the choices. And that site has the data. Prove something wrong with the data if you think youre right. Until then, Im right because I gave you the proof, the proof is in the data. Clicking on the link will lead to to the home page, which leads to the data if you scroll down a bit. And that will show you what their choices are made on. Just because theres no video with them saying what the curriculum is doesnt mean that its not the choice they made. Especially since they choose curriculums based on states. So, if you wanna stick with your non-argument of I right because I say so, then you can stay wrong. But Ive given you the means to see the data, which is my proof. You not taking the time to look at is doesnt prove me wrong. If anything, youre worried to look at it because Im right and thats the proof. So, do what you will. But until you can prove something wrong with the data, Im right and have given you the proof. Just saying Im wrong does nothing without anything to back you up.

Edit: Also, if you want proof, look no further than the schools. They are literally still teaching it based on the data thats collected... If the data said that it wasnt needed, then they would have stopped teaching it...
heres a link to my evidence that the experts actually think its a bad idea to teach world history and are trying to put a stop to it, so that they can teach the history of tamriel instead

Wow. Again with the insults.

And Im not finding direct quotes because there probably arent any. Like I said, the information and data is collected by The United States Department of Education. They evaluate the data and talk to the states separately on the curriculum. You can easily look that up. As to what they say to each state, its different. But, they are making the choices based on data they collected. Hence, the data and experts.

Heres the link to the site where you can see the data, though. And about them.

https://www.ed.gov/

Also, you shouldnt be calling anyone dumb if you an idiot yourself...

if you can't link me to anything specific, you don't have an argument. i can make up any random shit and link you to google.com as a source, it would make as much sense as what you're saying.

It was, until they changed it because it wasnt needed. Youre literally helping my argument. They made it a core task, and now its not because its not needed. As I said, they are always changing based on whats needed. Like how schools have added more technology classes since the world have become more technologically advanced...

No. I dont imagine it. I know it. The United States Department of Education even collects data from schools all around and compare to help the states by giving them certain curriculum to choose for teaching. They are literally collecting data and using it. They are the experts. And unless you can say they are wrong, you dont really have a leg to stand. All you have to do is look online. My argument is based on facts, while yours is, and had always been, I right because I say so without anything to back you up except fallacies that you used wrong...
ok youre too dumb to understand the example so ill just be super literal

if you want to cite expert opinion, you need to link me to the experts who are stating your opinion, so i can validate they are actually stating your opinion, and then consider and critique their arguments

The reason the authority figure should be trust is because they are an expert in their field. Most likely, they found which subjects needed to be learn based on studying children, and studying different career paths and course, and decided those were the things children needed to learn about. Like learning about history, which is important to know how the world got to where it is today, and why we do things the way we do. Those experts have probably changed throughout the years, as they do. Which is why schools to this day, are always altering school courses. Yet, through all this altering, they still have whats considered the core classes as whoever is studying what needs to be studied hasnt said that history is obsolete or useless. Not knowing the experts doesnt make the argument obsolete. Especially since, like I said, they are constantly changing...

do you think everyone should learn latin in school. that was a core subject until relatively recently

your argument basically boils down to "I imagine that there are experts, and that they feel this particualr way. I have no evidence of this. Therefore I am right and you wrong". you could use that kind of structure to justify all sorts of stupid shit.

Excepts they were experts who decided what we need to study. If you want to debunk them, then do that. Until you can, its already been decided on what we need to study...

ok let me help you make your argument for you.....

if you want to appeal to an authority figure, at the very least you need to establish why their authority in the subject should be trusted, and that they believe what you say they believe. you haven't even pointed out a specific authority figures. you just said 'it works like X, therefore X must be what the experts decided we should do'. that argument would work for defending the status quo in any situation

for example, your argument would be a great case against teaching evolution 80 years ago

calc.exe is good for adding, multiplying, and sometimes subtracting numbers. Not nearly as powerful as MS Excel, the corresponding program from the Office Suite, but it's good when you just want to do a few quick sums.

Special features: View > Scientific, and View > Programmer give some wacky operations with fantastical names such as "Lsh", "Qword", and "tanh". This is good for if maybe your child wants to pretend to do calculations, but I recommend the normal view for real-life number crunching using actual mathematics operations.

Notable bugs: sometimes calc.exe may add or subtract 1 to the results. Not clear on what steps reproduce this other than it seems to happen after many calculations in the same instance and when system memory overall is low. more research is needed

Overall I give calc.exe an 8/10

7. Some laws are more fair than others. Riding your bike against traffic is not very safe, especially if you have a flat tire or bike in the middle of the road. I'm not saying you have to ride like that, you could ride well into a lane, it would be awesome. If you are forced to ride into the middle of the road, that can be dangerous. If there are speed signs, slow down a bit to check them out.
