Malaria nets save far more lives per dollar. The only difference is that those lives are farther away, poor, and black.

You mean resolution*.

And I believe you can do it. Stick to it. Don't starve yourself, or your body will go into hibernation... make sure you get just enough calories for what you spend during the day (including the workout.) And avoid high-fructose corn syrup and too much sugar... that is a much larger factor than fat in unwanted weight gain in human beings.

Hmm, I'm pretty sure it's revolution. Because you're trying to do it in one revolution around the sun. We can Agree to disagree, though.

I am going to monitor my calories and eat less Than 1788 each day.

Are you a troll or stupid?

1788 calories is perfectly healthy for my actovity level and weight

Guessing its the second one since you ignored the whole point of his post.

I think he should learn to write more clearly if I assume he's talking about the calorie goal and you assume he's talking about my interesting word playing

ask me anything

Will scowling make me less approachable to talk to? How do I not smile without looking like some bloody creep?

How do I deal with the memories and worries I have about my life that cloud my head and heighten my anxiety without eating so much so late at night?

Just laugh more. I like sleepwithme podcast for going to sleep at night

That has nothing to do with weight loss. I could eat 1800 calories of twinkies in a day and lose tons of weight if my TDEE was 2300

No you couldn't.

Yes, I could http://www.cnn.com/2010/HEALTH/11/08/twinkie.diet.professor/index.html

Will you have a permanent lifestyle change? Will you read ingredient labels and avoid all refined carbs, oils, and sugars as well as gmos and dairy products containing rBGH?

No, that sounds like a lot of work. I'm just going to look at how many calories are in food and eat lower than the amount of calories that I burn.

Well dont be dissapointed if you do not get the results because you didnt put in full effort. Anyway at the least you should avoid soda, deserts, and fried foods. Also avoid low quality processed foods. Health should be taken very seriously

This sounds dangerous. I'd go for about 2000; with consistent physical activity, it should be fine.

Also, use MyFitnessPal.

You don't know what you're talking about. 2000 is a totally arbitrary number based on the average person, MFP actually recommends 1840 for my goal which is barely above what the calculator I used suggested
