I'm fairly certain the Skrull will be part of the next phase in some way given that Captain Marvel is to deal with the Kree-Skrull War in the 90s and you could easily set up a Secret Invasion style storyline from there.

I love Mantis. One of the best parts of the movie for me!

On the flip side I think Taserface is probably the cringiest bit in the movie.

Also I ship Kraglin and Nebula and I'm probably the only one but I think it'd be great.

Gabriel Luna is gonna be the new Terminator so I guess he's making a name for himself in playing guys whose faces come off to reveal the skull underneath.

Should be interesting to see him in the role even if the new movie sucks.

Christ the actual voice actors for the show are awful compared to dbz abridged. Teamfourstar's goku IS goku, there's no 2 ways about it. Hearing that krillin is literally cringe inducing over the adorably sympathetic tfs krillin.

It's nice that at least Funimation recognize the impact that tfs has had. I'm not even bothered by Toei; it's quite obvious that this is a case of them being incredibly insecure because teamfourstar made a better show than what they have. It reeks of that in fact.

I thought the Ghost Rider effects were great especially for network TV.

You can definitely tell this season got moved to a later time slot and they took advantage of it to be a little more gruesome.

I always took Ted deleting Apollo to be him trying to make sure no one in the future would know the end of the world was his fault and the whole "it'll poison future generations" thing was his way of rationalizing that.

IIRC the game kind of implies it and it's well within what we see of his character.

I can't remember how much attention is brought to it in S3 but Malick was actually in Avengers as a member of the World Security Council that decides to nuke New York and I thought that was a nice detail. Hydra trying to subtly off the Avengers as early as possible.

It's pretty telling that you have to posit a wildly out of character scenario for Goku to even sniff a win.

Goku would have no knowledge of Superman's abilities being tied to suns (or of kryptonite for that matter) and even if he did he'd want to fight him at his best, not make him weaker.

IIRC if you do all the cauldrons you can override almost every enemy type in the game.

Machine overrides are fun especially if you're playing stealthy. Sometimes I'd stage robot fight clubs via hacking one then hiding to watch the fight.

Oh BTW if you go back to Aloy and Rost's house occasionally there's a grave marker for Rost and Aloy will talk to it and update him on her adventures.

I didn't realize this until like 3/4 of the way through the game but it's a nice detail.

Chain of Memories is way more awful than I remember.

I'm not sure if it's the fact that's in 3D, but fumbling through my cards trying to build sleights and attack while avoiding attacks and paying attention to what numbers bosses are throwing is going to give me an aneurysm.

I just finished it and yeah it being in 3D was not great. I ended up just spamming certain sleights (mostly Sonic Blade and Ars Arcanum) against bosses and blizzaga against everything else.

Helps if you go through the 358/2 Days cutscenes first as that puts an extra card in each Room of Rewards. The Demyx card it puts in Atlantica makes Blizzaga super good.
