If I could be like Drakeryn and legitimately think of him as a joke character he wouldn't be terrible either. | Lopen 10/11/17 11:25:29 PM #383 | I know this is babby mode content for people who've played the game in the last year, but just beat Squall Apocalypse which I had a lot of fun doing. Every fight should ignore defense and res so I can just ignore Sentinel Grimoire existing. Beat him with Tidus, Yuffie, Jecht, Minwu, Y'shtola. Yuffie's SSB continues to be the best SSB ever as instantcast partywide blink gives a lot of breathing room with Squall. I also have Asylum with Y'sh so yeah between those two I was able to just barrier up the last portion of his health (Y'sh was just Wrathing most of the fight with occasional asylums while Minwu did the heavy lifting on healing with Cure X) while Tidus and Jecht and bursted him down. Tidus cause I have his OSB and he's pretty record sphered up, and Jecht because I got a bunch of his relics while drawing for Tidus and Rikku stuff. Final Transformation does some good damage! So yeah just having a Hastega is making a huge difference. Hyper Mighty G would be better but this Minwu burst is a passable solution. Between this and the 220 Chaos of the 30th anniversary, at least some of the high level content is vaguely in reach. Still a ways to go before torment dungeons but having an event done feels good. --- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love! |

Maybe there's a difference in our approach to those types of maps-- I tend to mash all the walls on my side asap and keep back, let the enemy spread themselves out rather than trying to bait the attack as soon as I can. With MSG's map sometimes against horse emblem I leave the center wall up to try and send horses to the side lanes. Might be worth trying to figure out some sorta wall breaking strategy that works best overall I dunno. --- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love! |

| Lopen 10/10/17 12:00:42 AM #37 | Episode 1 kinda jumps all over the place, and honestly I'm still not entirely sure what the plot to this movie even is. It's just like a series of random events that reaches an end point eventually. Has some cool lightsaber dance scenes towards the end, probably the coolest of the set, but honestly feels like a gratuitous CGI fest for the most part. Episode 2 is probably the most coherent of the movies, but good god is it boring and the Padme/Anakin stuff is easily some of the most cringe stuff in cinema. Worst of the three and easily, though I think if you had an edit of it that cut off the 90% of Padme/Anakin stuff that wasn't terribly relevant to the plot and just followed Obi Wan around most of the time this could actually be the best of the three, cause it's kinda night and day on the quality of the two subplots. Episode 3 has a lot of action and awesome cheesemongering, just enough of a cohesive plot that I know what was going on there, and manages to kinda cheat its way into making you almost halfway care about the characters due to having been with them for 2-3 movies now. It's the best of the three and a watchable movie, but still not really all that good. It's on par with TFA though. 3 >> 1 >> 2 I think. Strangely I can almost respect thinking AotC is the best more than Phantom Menace, because I feel like it's possible for AotC to be a good movie by cutting the runtime in half and it's not really possible for Phantom Menace to be one. --- No problem!
