It's okay. It's basically a clone of Zidane's USB1 (a relic from like over a year ago so you know) on a better character for it. Lets her stack up imperils very fast which suits her better than it does Zidane. But it's a copy of a pretty outdated relic so yeah.

Why do I feel like they're trying to wring as much money as they can out of Arena players right now. Wonder when players will come around to this. Good way to reaffirm my decision to mostly quit. (I still do login orbs and the really easy ones like play bonds once a day, but no longer do daily quests or any of the orbs that require grinding and won't be spending another dime on this game till they clean their act up a bit)

Reddit is full of sheep so yeah I could definitely see Onion being a huge draw for them.

Also think a lot of them are bitter Bartz was taken off banner 3 and replaced with Tidus too.

They're all about as good as one another if you need the elements though. A big thing that checks banner 2 is it has no chain I feel.

I think the banners are for the most part pretty balanced this fest, though yeah none of em are gonna blow you out of the water. Definitely don't think 2 is far and away the best and I feel the draws on each in this topic will reflect that.

So jealous of that RoP. And I liked my RoP! Valvalis USB was probably my most wanted thing from the entire RoP aside from Minwu USB though, even narrowly beating Setzer's USB just because it's more practical. Also IIRC that was Agrias's USB2 which is another thing I really wanted. Good haul, man.

I think he could basically be like X-Box's Sonic the Hedgehog. That's a decent step down from Sonic, don't get me wrong, but a lot of people weren't exactly huge on the Genesis either back when it was relevant either, and Sonic hasn't really been relevant since these contests have started either.

I feel like a lot of people will look back on him with a similar kind of nostalgia. It's not going to be enough to make any waves because actual releases that matter to accompany this would be necessary for that, but yeah should be enough to take out Riku I think.

I think Chief will be stronger this year than the last time. Feel like he and the X-Box are established enough by now that people have for the most part buried their childish anti-voting hatchet and he'll get his long deserved iconic cred.

Not being super relevant lately will largely cancel that out, however, preventing him rolling Riku with KH3 hype but I feel like he could barely edge it out. Think the other two are probably weaker than both but who really knows.

I think it's a lot easier to make Jaffar work than pre buff Odin while still filling something resembling a unique niche I guess was my main point. I feel like saying his stat spread is comparable to Odin's is slightly hyperbolic, even if it kinda is just looking at raw number differences.

I'd say Jaffar's is more in the "bad but workable for a reason other than just loving the character" more like the Henrys of the world.

Though you're mostly using him for his gimmicky prf either way so yeah bad stat spread matters even less

+4 atk and +1 spd are pretty important. It's about function of the stats as much as the actual total. Atk synergizes with (attempted) high speed, and speed has a certain area of dead zone where it's a kind of a wasted stat, 35 being on the high end of that-- I'd say 30-35 is really questionable. 36 is still lower than you'd like but I'd say 37 you're getting into the point where the stat is serviceable.

The only women on the main roster I'd put as definitively above Nikki's level are Charlotte, Asuka, Mickie, Becky and Natalya. I'm not saying she's the 6th best on the roster, just that the ones below those 5 it becomes at least worthy of debating.

If that's a condemnation of the WWE women's division or praise of Nikki your pick I don't really care. I'm not going to die defending anyone I didn't list as a particularly good wrestler. I do think the majority of the WWE women's division, Nikki included, is at least watchable at this point though. Like I'm not going to be excited to watch most of them have a match but they're not going to kill the show either, and most of them can be carried to a good match if stuck with one of the good ones.

Brie I'd probably stick another 10 or so women as definitively better. Like I just don't really think they're on the same tier. Whether that's bad to super bad or meh to super bad is up to interpretation.

I've never been big on Jaffar as a character (he's okay, not one of my favorites or anything) I just think his PRF is interesting and unique enough to warrant looking into.

Also he's a far cry from Odin. Odin wastes a ton of points on SPD is his main problem, since his attack stat is garbage. Jaffar's speed is a hair higher which is important in a stat that deals in all or nothing like that, and also his attack isn't garbage, just middling. It's not great but, it's 4 higher than Odin's and has a superboon if you wanna go that way.

I think whether you think Nikki is a decent wrestler basically boils down to your standards

I just think if you put Nikki well under that line you need to put about 80% of the women's division under the line as well.

For a snob like NBIceman it's actually internally consistent to treat em as indistinguishable since he actually knows what good women's wrestling looks like, has lower tolerance for the lower tier stuff, and probably doesn't even watch WWE women's matches at all. It's still wrong, but it's wrong in a way I can understand at least.

I can accept not thinking Nikki Bella is very good. I mean, she's is not that good. But the way you treat them paints a pretty clear picture. You can deny it all you want but you haven't given me much reason to take you seriously on it. You paint the picture of someone who just zones out for all Nikki matches cause "ugh Bella" and move on but the idea that they're of similar quality hasn't been true for years.

If you aren't 100% productive in a 5 day work week, you aren't going to be more productive in a 4 day work week.

You can be, though I agree with you that just shortening hours isn't always necessary or even always helpful. As a counterpoint to Kujikawa's situation I found I was most productive at a job I tended to work closer to 45 or 50 hours on a given week, just because I found the work more engaging (and being paid the most probably helped as well). Meanwhile I've also had jobs where I end up slacking off for a lot of the time with much less hours, even running just a part time job of like 20-25 hours which is well below Kujikawa's fix all number. Current job is working a pretty consistent somewhere in the middle, but I've had pretty similar productivity working 35 (7x5) vs 40 (8x5) with it.

I do think there's a threshold where if I passed my work rate would drop off to hell because I'd just be exhausted, but it's not necessarily a hard 40 across the board.

Really goes back to my old post that it's some combination of the monotony of the work, the hours, and the individual. I don't think the government controlling hours helps the problem because the first and third factors are just as important (would argue the first is ultimately the most important factor that can be controlled by the employer, and locking hours gives less room to experiment with that) and should be able to be fiddled with as needed.

The important part of what made that last battle cool is it was not just a stat check. The battle plays out very differently based on what you prioritize killing first so strategy matters, and the strategy isn't always the same based on what strengths and weaknesses your servants personally have.

Really shows you that there is a lot of potential for the battle system to have a lot of depth if they put effort in. This event as a whole was that way in a lot of ways, but that last battle in particular was really very good.

I find generally if the boss's modus operandi is "if you think you deserve a raise ask for one" and is never proactive about giving any that's basically a way for them to be cheap by passing the buck and they're likely the asshole in that scenario.
