Ace Attorney Season 2 Episode 9 complete

The showdown between Phoenix and Tigre was pretty good. They played up the Tiger's intimidating personality a lot, which is great.

And it looks like we're getting a multi-part original case that isn't set in the past. Looking forward to that.

The first couple of dungeons in P4 are tough because the enemies are clearly ahead of you in terms of available skills and the game is very stingy with SP items and accessories. Once you get to the point that you can cheaply manage spells that hit all the enemies (which is basically after the second dungeon), it becomes a ton more manageable.

And it looked like it might work because the rally topic was taken down on the LoL reddit, but then they put it back up with a sticky and the very next update was Draven just absolutely stomping on Snake's throat and the match was immediately over at that point.

I was reading through the old CBIX Stat Topics (because I had somehow lost the trend charts for that contest and cn's site was down and had been down for a while), and I had totally forgotten that somebody lied to the Subreddit admin that B8 had deliberately created and mass downvoted a rally topic so it wouldn't appear high on the Subreddit (since you could only have one rally topic at a time). The admin believed him and pinned the rally topic to the top. I think Draven had like a 1200 vote update on the very next update and we all knew it was sadly over.

Yeah, Luigi was leading at the freeze, so everyone thought the match was going according to plan, but when Squall took the lead with the next update, people went nuts. That match is why B8 has a minimum user level.

It also birthed the Fanta Shokata fad, which was an amazing part of SC2K3.

And Crono stood a-watching it in haughty grandeur there.
Close by the sturdy swordsman the vote unheeded sped--
"That ain't my style," said Crono. "Strike one," the voters said.

From the stats topic, black with posts, there went up a muffled roar,
Like the beating of To Zanarkand by Dreams Bordering the Shore.
"Kill him! Kill that Vincent!" shouted someone on the board;
And its likely they'd have killed him had not Crono raised his sword.

With a smile of mute charity great Crono's visage shone;
He stilled the rising tumult; he bade the match go on;
He signaled to his fanbase, and on the day vote flew;
But Crono still ignored it, and the voters said, "Strike two."

"Fraud!" cried the maddened thousands, and echo answered fraud;
But one scornful look from Crono and the stats topic was awed.
They saw his face grow stern and cold, they saw his muscles strain,
And they knew that Crono wouldn't let that vote go by again.

The sneer is gone from Crono's lip, though no one hears his voice;
He sets himself defiantly against the voters choice.
And now the second night vote comes, and now we watch it go,
And now the poll is shattered by the force of Vincent's blow
