Yea I used to calculate the likelihood to get a Drop in Runescape based on the number of kills I was getting e.g. 1/512 chance to get an Abyssal Whip in a Slayer Task to kill 200 Abyssal Demons.

Roughly 66%. I only know this because binomial distributions with the format 1/x chance with x tries equal to that value*.
*Technically they approach 0.63, but I'm bad at math and only know this from a trivial standpoint. Calculus sucks.

I am not surprised that PotD doesn't grasp the concept of cumulative distributions.

Game of the Year: None of these titles look interesting. I voted DMC5, but I think that has MTX.
VR Game of the Year: VR is a gimmick, so none of these. I voted for Beat Saber because it was the first item in the list.
Labor of Love: Definitely Warframe every year. I don't play anymore but it's the only online game with a competent CM team.
Better with Friends: I don't have any friends, fuck you. Voted for AoE2 because I've actually played that game, albeit 15 years ago.
Most Innovative Gameplay: Slay the Spire, because I've actually played the game. Oxygen Not Included is probably a better choice based on the gameplay I've seen.
Outstanding Story Rich Game: Fuck you for not including DQXI. Go fuck yourself Valve. Voted for Plague Tale Innocence for the Card. No idea what the game is.
Best Game You Suck At: Voted for Mordhau because I had a coworker who liked the game.
Outstanding Visual Style: I voted for the Chinese Pandering game (Three Kingdoms) because I didn't want to vote for Gris (which is a fucking stupid game).

Granted, me personally, I'd live my life doped to the gills on Demerol if I could, so it's not like I'm going to be judgmental about any sort of painkillers for any reason, minor or major. But some people definitely are, for a myriad of reasons.

I'm straight-edge to the point where anything that could modify my judgment is dangerous. Hell, I have a debate on whether or not caffeine affects my anxiety negatively (because it's proven it does).
I want nothing to do with something on the level of CBD oil. I don't care if it deals with anxiety issues, Anxiety is an important driver of my work ethic.

A big part of classic Mega Man is literally just memorization of trap and enemy placement. A lot of the fun comes from getting better and better over the course of your "runs". It's actually like Dark Souls in that regard.
