When I was looking for an apartment the best place I found was being leased by this random chinese company and the appartment didn't even have cable wired for $1500/mo.

You don't have to play with another person, there's a solo mode where everyone is playing alone. It's a no-stress situation (and primarily why I like the game so much).

I don't think I've played a single Duos/Squad match yet.

It's the opposite of every "esports" game out there. There is only a team-based element if you choose, and if you choose everyone is in teams, otherwise nobody is in a team.

Do you play this? I was going to, but since it's a deathmatch game and I have no experience with it, (and being that it's actually my bro's game and I didn't wanna mess up his stats) I kinda decided otherwise. It looks cool though

Ya I have 130 hours in it. I'm "okay" in that I understand the flow of the game. I've only won 1-2 games, but I primarily play the First Person Mode and just drop on high populated areas and kill people early on.

Honestly it is one of the best games I've played in a while. I play it because it relies heavily on individual skill and it's pretty laid back (the rankings basically mean nothing to me).

during the beta, i didn't play much past the first 4-5 locations because character data would get wiped for the full release, and now it's fully out, i still haven't played much of it.

i think i got to the 3rd area after the town. my skills are double slash, and magma ball thing.

You should consider playing through to the end of the story and picking up a good melee skill like Sunder, Ice Crash, or even Blade Flurry when they become available.
