when I worked at night I used to sleep in two ~4 hour halves. I don't recommend it, you're like always tired and ready for the next short sleep. you spend way more of your day in tired mode, rather than alert and awake mode.

Very rarely. Normally only when I'm sick or really did not get much sleep that night. It generally takes too long for me fall asleep to have a nap. Though, I do on occasion lay down for an hour or two with my eyes closed and just think about things.

Sometimes I do if I'm able to. Most times I'm not able to. But if I'm not feeling great I'll take a short nap after work and feel better.

It's a weird thing but I used to notice regular commuters on the bus and train dozing and they would always wake up at a particular stop. Your brain knows. I'd be a lot more worried about pickpockets over missing a regular stop

I occasionally fall asleep on the bus too. It's never a deep sleep, so if you take the same route often enough, you can usually tell by the turns the bus takes and when it stops.

It's virtually impossible to be pickpocketed without noticing if you're sitting down, and even if someone did try to take me phone, I'm always listening to music on it so I'll know immediately.

When you carry a purse or backpack it's very easy for someone to just get in a pocket and take things.

Occasional naps. Used to be a daily thing back when I was in college since I'd nap between classes and before/after work. I was usually taking at least a full courseload and then working 30-40 hours on top of that at times.

I take the bus to and from work three days a week and nap along the way. I get two hours of extra sleep.

Nah, I hate wasting hours of my day to normal sleep... I don't wanna surrender even more time on top of that.

I very rarely nap, mainly because it usually messes with my quality of sleep that night. Always have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep if I take a nap.
