Every time someone approaches me about small talk it is on subjects I don't know anything about. Even my parents have this issue with me. The only social thing I can talk to my mother about is TV (we rarely watch the same shows) and I haven't had a decent conversation with my father in practically forever.

I really didn't like that game.

I actually think it's the only Tales game that I started and never finished. Got like 20ish hours in and just quit.

10 hours for me.

Seeing as I've played all of the Japanese ones, I never "got" why this game was so good. It is nothing like the previous games and its only redeeming quality felt like it was the story, but it's not like the game's story was very engaging or anything.

For a series that is heavily praised for it's gameplay (at least I've praised it for that), it's odd that they ditched their battle system for something so clunky and pointless. Is there any point of using someone other than Velvet to begin with?

Yesterday, I got fired from my job because they didn't like me.

This was your regular bureaucratic bullshit. Essentially, the company paid me a lot of money to "shut up and go away". Your regular "we're restructuring and removing your position" type of thing.

This was after devoting a year and a half of my life to a product that I actually cared about.

You know what the kicker was? There were no warnings. It just happened. At least in previous jobs I knew when my time there was running to an end.

I've already applied to 3 other places with a half dozen queued up (this is without asking people I know if they have any openings). This corporate bullshit is why none of us will ever be happy. I feel like my boss threw me under a bus because his department wasn't operating as expected, and because I was at the bottom of the totem pole.

How do I get people to like me without conforming to a society (filled with people who enjoy watching football, going to the gym and eating salad) that I don't want anything to do with?

Eh Pascal is ok but not fond of her mechanic, I mained Hubert for the most part, and used Asbel and Richard a bit.

Probably the last "great" Tales of. If you want the game that started the Capacity Core system consider giving Tales of Destiny Remake: Director's Cut a try.

The post game content is better than the child arc and main arc.
