I don't know if this is of any comfort, but it's sometimes possible to be in remission for years or at least for relapses to be localised. I think relapses may be worse when you're younger.

So what is a typical day like for you?

1. 10:30 am or so - Main meal
2. Gaming and/or internet usage, music
3. 12:30pm to 1:30pm - Nap (depends on level of tiredness), usually just an hour or two
4. More gaming, internet, music
5. 6pm or so - Nap
6. 8:30pm - 12:00am - Spend time with mom. Activity depends on day; sometimes we don't do anything in particular and I just sit with my tablet/computer, sometimes we watch a movie, sometimes we play games, etc.
7. 12:30am - ??am - Spend time on video chat with my fiance, games/internet/music, or sleep.
8. Repeat from step one.

Why is this? Is it a debilitating chronic health condition that doesn't let you have any quality of life? If so, I'd urge you to see specialists and get a second opinion that might give you more hope of a normal life. If it's agoraphobia, you should know that it can respond to treatment, which is made easier if you have a support system like friends, family, or a significant other. If it's treatment resistant mental illness like a personality disorder, don't give up! The prognosis for some things can be poor, but there are people that specialize in helping just about any kind of mental disorder, even the ones nobody else will touch.

If you are just stuck and feel like there is no way out, please at least try seeing someone. I'm disabled myself in real life, and I know much that shit can suck and just how odd circumstances will be. I hope you find something to make life better for you, man. <3
