Yes, for the free shipping. Ive only watched two movies since they out in ads. I watched on Firefox with uBlock Origin and Privacy Badger, and I didnt see any ads. So Im not sure if that setup blocked the ads or if they just happened to not put ads in the two old. Lives I watched (BASEketball and Bio-Dome for what its worth).

Didn't happen to me, but it happened to one of my coworkers in the parking lot. CCTV cameras caught two guys making off with a catalytic converter in just a few minutes. Not sure whether the police will be able to identify them based on the grainy video, but it's absurd how easy it is to steal that part of a car. Worst thing is that replacing it costs $2000 or more, and who has that kind of expendable income in this economy? Now I'm afraid of even parking my car at work because that amount of money is several times what I make in one day. >_>

No no, I'm in the interior with the -50s and 6 months of winter. I was just using the panhandle as an example of how diverse the weather is.

I'm still a long ways away from Polar bears. Black and Brown/Grizzly can be found across most of the state. A lot more black bears in the panhandle and you start to see more Browns as you get into South Central and Interior.

Do you really dislike living in large cities, very populated areas though?

I get 5% cash back with the Amazon store card and you don't need prime. It is a pretty good deal if you pay it off each month before interest. Pretty much covers sales tax for me.

Depends on where you live. The state is so large and has very distinct areas from each other. Where I live winter is 6 months long with snow from October to April and it gets down to the -50s. We don't get a ton of snow usually, but it hangs around for half the year.

Zikten lives in Anchorage, a lot more temperate but a lot more snow fall overall.

The southeast panhandle is very much like western Washington for weather.

you are in southest panhandle, so warmer than zikten? yeah i guess, like northern alaska must be very cold. Polar bears in northern ak iirc and some grizzlys in south

Yes, Amazon Prime is amazing. The savings on the free shipping to Alaska alone pays for itself pretty quickly, and it saves me from making a 7 hour drive to Anchorage for specialty items.

idk, it's what my vet said when I asked them about canned tuna. they said the oil kind has more sodium and vegetable oils aren't really good for cats/can cause digestion issues.

yeah guess so. Very likely dogs couldn't eat that stuff. Cats' diet must be much more meat oriented usually

Fuck no. I'm an extremely private person. I don't even like to take phone calls in public when it's not on speaker. Putting the call on speaker is the last thing I'd do.

Really really depends on the time of day and where you are since Queens and Brooklyn are both so big. I've been in bad traffic in both boroughs. I've lived in Brooklyn and Queens and generally traffic has been worse for me in Brooklyn, but again I was generally in more single home residential areas in Queens. In like Jackson Heights and Astoria, where it's more concentrated, traffic can be bad. I haven't visited the Bronx since I was a teenager and I've never drove there

the bronx is like the least populated borough iirc, and kinda the furthest away, too.Have been to bronx zoo once, the yankees play there, not sure about mets.

Yes, I've driven in NYC countless times. You can't really treat it as a monolith. In Queens there's many suburban areas where driving is fine. Brooklyn is pretty shitty to drive in due to traffic and narrow streets. I avoid driving in Manhattan but have a few times when passing through to go up Jersey or PA. Pedestrians are generally fine, although I do remember someone almost stepping in front of my car in the city when I had a green light.

brooklyn traffic is much worse than queens? Mostly visit brooklyn. How about the bronx? Yeah almost exclusively in brooklyn
