God of War (2018). wonderful game that i only have minor complaints about (pacing of the story in the first half). it doesn't necessarily do anything terribly unique or exciting, but it combines a lot of existing mechanics/tropes into a very well polished package. and Norse > Greek mythology so its got that going for it.

i haven't had a heart attack yet so maybe? fish oil is the only thing i take for heart health.

for 'feeling better' i take 400mg of l-theanine (200mg x2; found in green tea) and a dropper of CBD oil (500mg/bottle). both of those have a noticeable effect on my mental state. i'm calmer and less anxious.
