Cramorant is very good. Very bursty early game with an ult that can easily swing a fight if he's positioned well.

There was just a big balance patch so some of that might have changed, and some move choices are both good so it comes down to personal preference.

On greninja for example I like smokescreen and surf. Now I think smokescreen is just always better than double team, but for the other move I prefer surf, but I can see the argument for Water shuriken as well.

On Snorlax I can't think of a reason to not take Heavy Slam and Wall. There is a small argument to be made for Snore, but flail is never taken and snore is rarely taken.

I'm getting really sick of people who DONT SHOW UP TO DREADNAW FIGHTS.

Also how is it that it's essentially a 50/50 on zapdos when there are 5 allies and 1 enemy? My mime and snorlax NEVER know how to box out the guy going for the steal, and if zapdos still high enough that we should just stop hitting it, kill the guy, and then resume, NOPE they keep hitting the zapdos, and HELP the guy get the steal. Or if zapdos is REALLY low and we just gotta burst it down, NOPE, they all stop hitting the zapdos to try and kill the interloper and he gets the last hit on the zapdos.

I'M IN ULTRA 4 FFS, YOU SHOULD UNDERSTAND THE GAME A LITTLE BIT IF YOU ARE AT THIS RANK.

In a month you should be able to f2p your way to level 20 items. Level 30 items will have a small edge, but it's not like you are playing entirely different characters.

The only downside is when metashifts or game chances make some items viable and make the items you have levelled up worthless. That's when the whales will be able to throw money at the game to adapt to the new items much faster than you so I'm curious how that will go down.

As you rank up it starts to take more and more performance points to get your bonus stars. At Veteran it takes 300 performance points and at Ultra it takes 400. When you are in a position where you can lose a rank it will instead subtract 100 points from this total. Although really it's only only -90 because you get +10 for playing the round. And really it should only be -80 as long as you put 100 points on the board that game (which you should start looking for a way to do once it's clear the game is lost). So that Performance Point Pool becomes much more useful at preventing losses than generating bonus stars. With 400 points you can prevent FIVE -80 point losses versus the ONE bonus star for filling it up. That doesn't mean you should lose on purpose, but it does mean you will occasionally just happen to be in a position where your points are being much more efficiently used preventing losses and you should be happy when that happens.

I don't want the unvaccinated to die.

But I also don't want them to be the only reason the virus is allowed to continue to circulate and mutate until the protections afforded by the vaccine become useless.

But if they got snapped away for a month and then came back there is a chance that covid would run out of viable hosts. That Thanos idea sounds kind of appealing..

It just sucks that most of the same people who refuse the vaccine are the ones who were less likely to properly socially distance last march/April when we still had a chance to ride COVID-19 out before it got an insurmountable amount of traction.

"You can't make me stay home. I have rights."
"You can't make me wear a mask. I have rights."
"You can't make me protect myself with a vaccine. I have rights."

And in taking that stance they become a series of weak and vulnerable threads in the Fabric of society that affects the stability of everyone else.

Final spot is a bit of a toss up, could be any of a few good damage dealers. But I feel like those top 4 are almost a lock for any actual serious team.

I'm beginning to think gardevoir might be more core than lucario in a meta comp. She can control space very well in a stand off even without her ult, but when her ult is up she can just wipe an entire team with minimal support.

A medium/large amount.

I avoid the daily recaps and highlight videos and instead watch full replays from individual events that I'm interested in. I particularly enjoyed mountain biking and both men's and women's Triathlon.

I haven't seen hardly any gymnastics or swimming events but there are so many separate categories in each of those two fields that it becomes off putting.

Wall can divide a team in half and can push opponents into your team or pin someone to the wall. It can also provide pushback and create a loss of control to characters like Gengar and Zeraora when they jump in. I consider it to be the superior move in most cases.

If there is no character trying to jump into your team then Snore can be better at allowing you to score 20~ points next to a sleeping enemy. But you could also just use Wall to coordinate with an ally holding a lot of points so they can score while you create space.

COINS: Buy Pokemon or Buy Held Items

in general you will want to pick 1/2 pokemon to focus on, and use your coins to get held items. The game only lets you earn 2100 coins per week. We all agree this is very shitty because it's the free currency. Progress should be slow, but infinite, but instead you can earn you 2100 pretty quickly and then you are just sitting on your thumb for a week.

TICKETS: Buy Held Items or Cosmetics or Boosts or Item Enhancers.

I've bolded Item enhancers because ALL your tickets are belong to Item Enhancers. You will want to rush your most used held items to 10 (takes 82 enhancers) and then start to take some to 20 (takes 485 more, or 567 total). Unless you drop a lot of money in the game, levelling past 20 towards 30 is not realistic and is more of a long term goal. You will get tickets for leveling up, or for daily quests and the like. The cap on coins makes the coin boost completely worthless. You can consider using tickets for a Battle-Point-Boost to level your account more quickly, but since there is a level cap of 40 you will hit it eventually so that boost is pointless too.

ENERGY: You have the gumball-looking machine that will dispense random items every 100 energy you earn. There is also a limit to how much energy the game will allow you to earn each week so you'll only get a handful of rewards before you are capped out.

FASHION TICKETS: Cosmetics

GEMS: This is the paid currency. You can use it to purchase most things in lieu of tickets or coins. If you are out of TICKETS you can use GEMS to buy Item Enhancers at a rate of 1 gem per 1 item enhancer. This price is not displayed in the store so you would just try to make the purchase without tickets and it will tell you how many gems it will take. If you get the battle pass (490 gems) over the course of the season you will end up earning 540~ item enhancers worth of extra resources from the locked season rewards. So in this sense the battle pass is worth it if you've spent money because you will have a net profit of item enhancers.

I think that about covers it.
