Nah. I worked fast food as a teenager back in mid-2000s. I can confirm that employees will do it if they run out of cooked fries in the little heating area.
They are supposed to wait until next batch of fries are done but often they'll just skimp on it to move on to other orders.

I went to Marketplace at the Grove in San Diego just before it shut down and was demolished. It was the Christmas season but the mall was completely empty. There were only a couple stores still open and absolutely nobody to be seen inside the mall. It was really eerie hearing your own footsteps echoing down the corridors.

That would have been an eerie experience. Too bad it was demolished. It would be cool to explore a ghost mall.

Everquest II.
Was supposed to be the next big MMO in 2004, and it was, but then WoW came out 2 weeks later.
It was apparently still amazing in its early years though. Now maybe 5 people in the whole world play it.

You know the place had tens or even hundreds of players running around at any given time 15+ years ago. Seeing all the NPCs walking around and NPC shops with no players just gives such a feeling of dread knowing all of this. An online ghost town

Only played when I was a kid in about 1999.
Also stayed away in the mid-2000s because of the "lolrunescape" stigma and WoW players constantly bashing it.
But I'm old now and I realize it's pretty much the best game ever because I can just chill and click stuff without pushing tons of buttons, and I can fish and cook etc. I am playing this along Guild Wars 2 and maybe I'll play GW 2 when I'm feeling more hardcore.
I like being an old grandpa relaxing playing Runescape, IMO

Well enjoy the political satire for GTA while it lasts, because 5 is officially the last GTA game to have political humor because now we're just in a dystopian future where everyone is offended over anything and everything, just like old Sci-Fi predicted.

After regularly visiting this site for at least 18 years now, I feel the poll is just a really pointless thing that's just kinda there, and it's even kind of annoying, like a distraction.
I thought it was fun when I was like 13 but now I just find it dumb.

Telling a developer what they can and can't put in their game is advocating for censorship.
I fucking hate woke culture and I do think it's a toxic stain on society. That being said though, if you don't like something being included from a game whether it's a pride flag or MAGA hat or whatever, you don't get to complain about it because it's the artists vision that should always get their say. If you don't like it, you don't have to play it.
Besides, this is an option. you don't HAVE to have the facepaint so it's obviously not a big deal. I'd be saying the same thing if it was a conservative facepaint/accessory.

Trash cartoon, very unamerican too.

No idea why Jerry is propped up as the protagonist. He is an intruder, a disease carrying threat, and Tom is constantly beat on and berated for merely doing his job as a cat and seeking to protect HIS home from this invader.
