he invited himself along to a dinner I am having with a date tonight, and she was cool with him coming but I teased him a bit about it and at first I thought he was pretending to be upset because like thats how we joke but he was actually upset and now Im not sure if hes coming :(

When it's time for your date just say something liek "Honey, let's go!" and see if he still attends.
Also what kind of things did you tease him about? Maybe talk to him about it and apologize?
